“Very very dissatisfied with Morrison's delivery. Well over half of the delivery missing.
Rang customer services to be told delivery complete. When asked if delivery driver could return with missed groceries the reply was I can't get in touch with him. The only option was to accept a refund which would take 7 to 10 days to clear in the bank.
Absolutely pathetic service from Morrisons.
We will not be using Morrison's online shopping again.”
“What's not to like? READ ON.
*Late deliveries, no explanation
*Short dated 'fresh' items
*Goods shown as 'stock' on the website then unavailable for delivery
Every one of the above has applied to all deliveries I have received
Irritating and frustrating in equal measure
Have been a long term (walk in) customer but have cancelled my subscription pass and will never use their on line system again
Are two multi-packs of Walkers Crinkle Cut Crisps (not ordered) supposed to pacify me for this inefficiency and inept service?
Truly pathetic
Radical review and overhaul required by management and IT”
“Five stars for tins of cat food? It might very well have been catlicious but the idea is to award stars for the company itself. Morrisons have to be the almost worse with their own stuff apart from ALDI that is. Certainly their prices are way above average.”
“Had to open a case with resolver as my experience with morrisons was so bad. I am disabled with a heart condition and been a home delivery customer for 2 years. I try my best to make it easy for drivers especially during this current pandemic. I bought a shopping trolley from ebay, i put it in front of my door with a sign on saying they can put it in the trolley and thank them for a lovely service well I cannot say that anymore and I shall never shop with them again. Last weds my order did not come and up at the top of the app stated 'order delivered i thought I was going to have a heart attack, my friend had to come round and look after me. Half an hour later the shopping arrived by a very irate, bad tempered driver and when she was pressed on why my order said delivered when it wasn't and indeed isn't this against the law? She went crazy and said we were lucky to get any at all that she worked 12 hour days and my friend had an attitude problem, when we said we were on the phone to report this she said "they won't give a toss " she then threw 2 bags of shopping on the floor, goods were smashed, ruined for which I got a refund so my friend had to go to the van and fetch the rest of my shopping so the driver could not spoil any more. I was poorly afterwards and hoped I wouldn't have to go to the hospital. This is disgusting from one of the top supermarkets. I still can't believe it.”
“I bought a pair of shorts in the sale, leaving the store the alarm went off, I showed my recite to the lovely security guard who went and took the security tag off, when I arrived home I realised I had bought the wrong size....So I took them back to the store, somehow I had lost my recite on my way....I spoke to customer service, who said I needed proof of purchase, Ok....I asked to see the manager, the very same security guard said, explained I have seen her recite she definitely has bought them from this store, the store Manger was just going to let me exchange the shorts, when the assistant from the Clothing (nutmeg range) arrived and told him not too....He was the actually store manager being dictated to by a member of is staff....So if Morrisons Security Guard is not good enough proof of Purchase other than my original recite what is......Embarrassing situation for me...I find the staff in Morrisons Thornton Road Bradford rude and under-mannaged

“I ordered a bottle of spirit and when it came the security tag was still attached. Trying to get through on the phone took ages and when I did get to speak to someone they said someone would be out that day to exchange or take the tag off the bottle. That was yesterday and I am still waiting. Sorry but not my mistake and I don't particularly like sitting waiting around. Also I have realised both loaves of bread I ordered have the same use by date i.e.: the day after delivery can people not check for slightly later dates?”
“Delivery didn't turn up during the allotted time frame. Customer services no help at all. No notification that delivery might be late, no apology for any of failures. Had to cancel as it was getting too late at night and now left with no shopping.”
“What on earth does "CUSTOMER SERVICE" mean? The one with one star previous. No details whatsoever. Odd. The delivery driver arriving two hours early is a disgrace and actually warrants only one star and none if it were possible. The idea of slots is so we, the ripped off Morrisons customers, can know when to be at home to accept delivery. Typical couldn't care less attitude of this company.”
“Store opens at07-00 ,visited 08-00 ,needed to purchase fro salad bar,bar not stocked up would be open at 09-00.
Why have staff on duty twiddling their thumbs, spoke to manager some lame excuse, don’t normally shop here and won’t be visiting again ,overall their fresh veg is poor and overpriced.”
“Worst delivery ever. Delivery from Bishop Auckland branch. Rubbish service for expensive Saturday delivery slot. 4 people in the van. 3 of them I dont think were from the shop. One just sat there and waved. I ordered 32 items. Received 5 plus someone elses order. Driver blamed the packers . Partially got resolved but some of my order was missing and doing a tour of the north east so waiting for the driver drop off. Not impressed as 2 days on the bread when normally there is at least 4. Was a buy one get one free offer. Well I didnt get the freebie. Driver was friendly enough but I will not be paying for a overpriced sloppy delivery slot again.”
“Visited Morrison’s in Northampton Kettering Road today 28/08/20 and it seems that social distancing controls have all gone. No queue outside so it’s a free for all as you enter. No markers in store at all and the queue system that has worked well through the whole of the lock down has now disappeared. Loads of people queuing down all the aisles with people pushing past trying to get to the shelves. Impossible to social distance. Even the staff commented that it wasn’t good and they felt vulnerable again. Has Morrison’s given up on customer and colleague safety?. Won’t be back anytime soon!”
“Visited Morrisons Wednesbury yesterday to find no social distancing measures are in place and felt vulnerable at the checkout as a guy started to empty his trolley right next to me and I had to ask him to step back, luckily he was a decent guy and he did so. I then went into the cafe area which was in a terrible dirty and cluttered state with plates piled high on tables which was waiting to be cleaned. The queuing and distancing system in place a couple of weeks before was not evident with lots of people queuing together, I joked with one of the assistants that 'COVID has gone from Morrisons then' and she apologised and said she didn't know what was happening. Needless to say I didn't eat or drink in there i just went home. Morrisons you need to look after your customers better and keep mindful that COVID is a killer to some people even your customers.”
“When your threatened with security escorting you from the store you would think that I was either a shoplifter, aggressive to the so-called staff, or in these trying times I wasn't wearing a mask. So what if I said that not only was I eventually escorted from this Morrisons by security, but that this manager actually also wasted Police time by calling them to say that I was big, aggressive, and threatening just to get them to attend when in reality the only thing this liar said that was true was that I was big which isn't a crime. So why would he lie well it seems that when you ask a Morrisons manager for his surname and he tries to fob you off by saying its company policy not to give it, when you call him out on lying he then calls security and even the Police on you just to keep his job. Hey you're a liar so that's no major surprise but when you actually spend the time writing to Head Office, detailing every part of what this liar did and in return they lie to you themselves. I thought they would of just fired the guy but instead and I quote: we have looked into this with our store management team, and we do not tolerate aggressive or abusive language towards our staff. Of course I won't be returning and my points card is already in the bin I didn't even waste any more of my time, by saying well if this was true then why was I asked if I wanted to continue shopping or get escorted out by security which of course was the better option that I chose. But I did tell them that I would be leaving a review warning other customers, and also I wanted to see how many other customers had been treated in this way by this lying manager and then covered up by Morrisons Head Office.”
“Had an awful delivery from Morrisons Telford over the lockdown. Milk that was split, out of date food, damaged packaging. Brought this to their attention via email...their customer service turns out to be as dire as their online shop. This company has a lot to learn when it comes to customers. I haven't shopped there since and will never return out of principle”
“Visited Morrison’s cafe in Newport Road, Cardiff yesterday. What a disgrace! Picked up a filthy tray from the stack at the food ordering only to find every other tray underneath was also filthy, wet and covered in spilt food and milk. The food on display lookEd very unappetising so decided on just coffee instead. Half filled coffee mugs and paper cups were strewn all over the food/drink ordering counter and had to be moved in order to access the coffee machine. After paying I found all serviette holders empty, no small spoons or wooden stirrers and the cutlery that was there was dirty and greasy. The cafe was not busy, there were no queues at all and only a third of tables were occupied. Consequently, no excuse. Absolutely disgusting!”
“Ever since Morrison’s went from central delivery to local store l say local store I live in Doncaster my home delivery comes from Retford store in unmarked dirty vans , this store has very poor stock items even though web site shows item in stock on the day of delivery many items are missing and some items are damaged ie upside down trifle damaged tins and poor dates this has happened three weeks in a row if this happens again I will use my vouchers up cancel my anytime delivery pass and take my custom elsewhere as your customer service is next to nonexistent I have give up getting in touch with them tried to give customer service a star it would not let me as it would have been 1 or lower if it was possible strange that isn’t it”
