Do not buy garden compost from Morrisons. It's called Richmoor multi purpose compost. It contains green waste from local councils. This so called green waste contains twigs, bits of plastic and pieces of glass. It's the street sweepings from the road gutters. It will poison your garden.

Their customer service is abhorrent, inconsistent and quite frankly downright rude at times. Sometimes you get the offers promised, sometimes you get the prices advertised, sometimes you don't. When you do have to ask for it to be rectified your met with silence or fobbed off. No actual help. Lately the stock levels in store are very low and I cannot count the number of times I have seen out of date stick on the shelves. Just generally disappointing. Shame. Really need to sort it out!

Delivery is terrible have given it a few chances, then today woke up to it being canceled. Before that, everything was changed items missing pot noodles had wholes poked through the top. Was horrible. Will not be given it any more chances.

This is about this company's so called customer survey, a request you will find on every till receipt. When are they going to inform the staff we have praised them by telling them. It is an utter disgrace that this seems not to be done. I have done so twice recently and each time the staff member has not been informed.

I bought 3 teeshirts from Morrisons. On getting them home I realised they absolutely stank of the aromas from the cafe,a horrible fried smell. I complained to HO who said to ring the branch. Was told they'd never had other complaints so made me feel as if I was fibbing. The clothes are right opposite the cafe. They need to show belief in their customers and act upon the problem, not pretend it doesn't exist

I had an egg catch at me by kids in the store. Spoke with manager he really dont care. I said I will find some one to clean it up and report to front desk. He did add have a nice day after that. I spoke to head office found out the manager was speaking to another manager about offers and this was more important, ( not customer getting attact in there store) manager dont want to hear about it. Head office said there is a problem at the store with kids. My advise is to stay away when school ends as they can not handle kids in there store and let them do what ever they like. If you ever need help in store try to find a 20 year old they are a lot more helpful than the managers who dont care about customer just about deals. They have lost one customer here

We have been regular shoppers at the store in Bulwell. However, of late the shop seems to be understaffed, shelves are not restocked with many items missing altogether. When you try to find a staff member to report an issue they are always very stressed and dont take seriously the comment being made. The aisles are always clogged up with stock waiting for staff to reload the shelves ( becomming another Lidl /Aldi in my estimation. The floors dont seem to be cleaned daily as there is a lot of litter and other debris on the floor. We were so fed up we tried the store at Mansfield which was much worse! I reported my thoughts to a staff member who told me they had lost 10 staff this week. The trays in the frozen vegatable freezers were short of stock and you could clealy see these had not been cleaned for a long time. the staff in the restauarnt were pleasant but we had to clear and wipe our own table. We are going to give Sainsburys a try as the last time i tried them the store was much cleaner ,the shelves were more or less full of product. Our bill was about £5.00 more but i would willing pay this to have a better shopping experience.

It was my first time ordering Morrisons shopping online, I spent £147.00 I received my delivery this morning and I was missing 18 items from my order. Also, a number of my “ fresh items “ had a used by date of tomorrow, so unless we use all of the items today, they will be going in the bin tomorrow. I paid £147.00 and actually only received £123 worth, called customer service immediately to report, got apology and been told that the driver would not be able to come back with the box the driver left behind. As a gesture and apology she would send me a voucher which I’ve just received on my email, a massive £5 for my troubles, hardly worth using a diesel for my car to spend it. I would like to point out I’m not short of money and not looking for financial reward but however I did expect a better customer experience than that. The customer service lady admitted that the driver had probably left one of our boxes behind, oh well I’m off to Tesco now to get the items Morrisons didn’t bring me. Poor show Morrisons!

What happening to Morrisons, I have been in several times lately in Paignton and there is hardly any stock on the shelves. I have had to leave and go to Sainsburys as its been that bad. I asked the supervisor and he just said well theres some stock there and walked off, nothing that I needed. Another member of staff told me its staff cut backs in competition with Lidl etc but its no good being in competition if you have no stock to sell. Have had to shop elsewhere now

I bought “The Best” Belgian chocolate and raspberry cheesecake and had to write a review, it’s the most disgusting thing with chocolate I have ever tasted and wonder who decided to put the best on there and how you can justify charging £2, when you defrost it the top separates from base and where are the raspberries? Worse dessert ever feel ripped off!

Bought Morrison's own make so up maker. Big mistake. Tried making minestrone. After 25 minutes veg still hard. Another 25 minutes and same thing. Also liquid was tepid. Finally decanted it into to pot and got a result. Taking it back today.

I had an awful experience today! There were long queues at the cashiers at the Camden branch. Finally I was next, behind a lady with one trolley. However her family/friends materialised and started dividing the goods up into several lots. Instead of waiting for only one customer to finish and pay, there were 4 and it took at least another 20 minutes as each was cashing in vouchers. It was just plain rude. The cashier said he could do nothing and the manager Susanna was equally dismissive and unhelpful. I will not be returning.

Becoming more expensive than Waitrose and the quality of the food definitely doesn't warrant that. Such drastic price increases regularly! Broccoli up .28, soft cheese up .10 and on and on...rude, unhelpful Customer Service. Your social media team is an absolute joke. If they deign to respond to your inquiry they are rude. Lot's of out of date items on the shelves. Basic items constantly out of stock. Today the freezer was dripping wet, dirty water all over the food in the freezer case and the food felt soft too. It clearly wasn't working well enough to keep the frozen food frozen! The fruit and veg? If there isn't moldy, rotten fruit in the package then your potatoes are all bruised black and unusable ; or the "pre washed" salad has little guests in it. I have always shopped here. 12 years since I moved to this country from the USA. It saddens me to have these complaints and to say that I'll be shopping at Tesco despite Morrisons being a walk away and Tesco being almost 2 miles away. I can't afford your shop or the wasted food I am never compensated for because of the quality of your produce and your negligent, rude Customer Service team. You need to sort yourselves out!

The prices are constantly increasing. The stock is always low or out for the most basic of items. I have purchased out of date items on multiple occasions and when you contact customer service they either tell you they can't help you or never respond to your query. Getting pretty tired of it.

Rubbish supermarket, put an order in only to have it cancelled no warning, left me in a real hole. Customer service unhelpful, sounding as if the person on the other end of the phone was eating or else he had loose false teeth ready to fall out of his mouth. Only one star given , even that is not deserved. Need a good shake up the nether regions.

I agree. This company are slipping more and more self service checkouts into their stores. If they had their way they would all be like it. Think of the money they would save on wages. People should not use them anyway. For every one of those awful things someone is out of a job. Not only that but you don't even get a discount for using them. We should as they are not paying wages to the self service checkout. DON'T USE THEM PEOPLE.

Firstly, terrible smell! A bit off putting and not the best first impression. Then got stuck with self service till and the member of staff on duty was not the best in customer service, leaving me feeling as if i was nothing but a inconvenience. Resulting in me leaving very frustrated and annoyed....not the best way to start my weekend.

The staff are ok. The prices are not. Neither is their fresh produce. That's another story and not why I am here. i write about this company seemingly hell bent on pricing themselves right out of the market. Why are they doing this when others are not. Could it have anything to do with their Folkestone store being burnt down almost. One would have thought that insurance would cover that. I love 7Up. Some while ago this company got on the bandwagon of less sugar and upped the price of 7Up with sugar as the sweetener, to £1:50. A few days ago they had put it up to £2!! Do they really care about the amount of sugar we all eat? Of course they don't. Not far away, about a five minute walk, we find Iceland selling the same thing for 50p less. Oh, but not just 7Up though. Prices throughout the store are going up at an alarming rate. Why? Just across the way is a small Asda with like products at greatly cheaper prices. Then the amount of items out of stock for ages. Don't they have a proper stock control system in Dover? It is worth going in there only to talk to the wonderful staff and spend very little just to do so. A lesson here for Aldi, their staff and terrible unfriendly rocket propelled checkouts. I would sooner spend more than visit that dreadful company.

COMPLAINT - Dont ever shop at Morrisons again! Hubby and i are not stupid but we’re in a hurry when shopping at SKIPTON MORRISONS. I always check our bill so realised wed been conned once more by Morrisons and the ‘special offers’ in the big display in the centre of the store. A big yellow label on lamb legs said £6 and tiny barely visible label we noticed on the side when we looked at home said £14! (And yes you CAN get a leg of lamb for £6 - we did in Tesco before christmas somthought this was the same.). We even took this ‘special’ to the butchery counter to see if they could cut it in two bits for us and was told he couldn’t as it was a ‘special offer’. Morrisons is up to its dodgy labelling again! Off to Trading Standards unless i get a refund as this has happened several times on expensive mis Ieading price/ shelf labels across 2 stores. (I cant post photo here)
