“Horrible experience. Ordered two pairs of shoes and 2 weeks later received an email that all has been posted. Waited another week before calling courier just to learn that they have never received any package for me and still waiting for mountain warehouse to actually drop it off. No communication from seller at all. After opening eBay case they quickly sent me one pair of shoes out of two ordered and again no communication, no refund. I paid for two pairs just to receive one in totally different size and there is no way I can effectively communicate with this fraudulent company. Just dreadful experience, avoid if you can.”

“Absolutely shocking, don’t touch this company. I have not received my order and after ringing to chase 3 times I was told that they were waiting for the courier to respond. The customer service staff tell you they’ll get back to you, but they don’t. I had a refund, and will never use them again.”

“AVOID ORDERING YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING! Ordered for next day delivery 12/8/20 after almost an hour on the phone due to online problems ordering (system would not accept 2 gift cards and any credit or debit card I tried). I paid extra for next day express delivery having checked this was possible. The order supposedly despatched 12/8 but is missing so tracking number for DHL doesn't work. Held for 30 minutes on 14/8 to be told nothing could be done until Monday/ 17/8 - still no news and no hope of receiving goods. Told on 14/8 that a manager would call me within 24 hours which never happened. When ordering I was persuaded to pay for entire order by credit card and assured i would receive a paypal credit by end of 12/8 for £69 to cover the giftcards . on 14/8 MW emailed to say that refund will not be processed until end of the week commencing 24th August. My order is still missing and having waited for a further half hour they have promised to credit entire order. - AVOID ORDERING YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING!”

“I have had an ongoing complaint with Mountain Warehouse since late July! I ordered a jacket and was sent the wrong size. I returned it 31st July and was finally contacted regarding a replacement on 9th August. I had an email 11th August confirming that a replacement was ordered for me. I have today 14th August received a standard email just giving me a refund claiming that the jacket ordered was out of stock - yet when I log in and look online, the jacket still shows as available. Then it turns out that despite me returning a WOMEN'S jacket, they have failed to process this correctly and instead tried to order me a MANS jacket as a replacement - why on earth would I send back a women's jacket and request it be replaced with a mans jacket. The customer service I received is terrible and this covers both emails I sent them and messages via Facebook, they are incompetent,very unreliable and I received a completely unsatisfactory service. I will not be ordering anything else and until now I was a very loyal and happy customer.”

“Absolutely abysmal what they call "customer service", a multitude of different staff not helping. Or you could phone them if you want to waste your time. If you ask for a return label you only have to wait a week to be sent a dispatch note, which is similar although to be fair it wasn't my dispatch note which helped a lot, this company needs to wake up. I won't use them again.”

“My husband bought me a raincoat because he had purchased one there and really liked. Mine is awful. First of all, it leaks! Pretty bad start for something that's a raincoat. Plus it has no liner so it is cold, in fact it seems to draw the cold air in, even with a fleece jacket underneath. Would definitely never shop there again and wouldn't recommend their products to anyone.”

“I charged twice for my order and did not receive any confirmation in my email. When I was ordering the system says the card was not working but little did I know they already I got charged for it. I could not find customer service for Canada. I called the store and they gave me a wrong phone number. This will be my first and last order.”

“First and last time buying shoes online - was wary as fit and looks difficult with shoes but they promised great returns policy - unfortunately not true. no matter what i try now they wont return emails so have no way to return - they say fill out the returns form that came with the order - only it didnt. the shoes make and awful squeak/squelch noise when walking. just pay the extra to walk in and try. totally disappointing and never again - avoid Mountain Warehouse as you cant return if not satisfied with the product”

“I'm absolutely disgusted with mountain warehouse! My order didn't arrive after 2 weeks of waiting so I cancelled it. 2 weeks later I received part of my order and they charged me for the entire order! I've requested refund on the invisible items for them to continually ignore me. I will NEVER shop with these thieves ever again. Absolutely disgraceful practices.”

“ordered two items same day,one item received. mountain warehouse say delivered both. Outstanding 25 days still not resolved , now in position 10 on their customer care phone line . started in position 49 they say quires resolved under an hour .Wow”

“Ordered on Jun 28, 2020. As I am writing this review, it still has not arrived! The delivery was supposed to be a 7 working day guaranteed. During this time, I went on my camping trip, came back, and contacted their support twice. Twice their answer was utterly useless. No explanation as to where my package is nor when it is going to finally arrive; according to them, I should just be patient and forgiving! Anyway, please take my advice, stay away from these clowns. Order on eBay, Amazon or any professional, literally every shop is better than Mountain Warehouse.”

“I live in Alberta, Canada and ordered clothes for myself, husband and kids. It was shipped the following day and arrived 6 days later. The quality of everything is great. Not amazing, but much better than say Old Navy. For the price it is definitely worth it! Not sure how well it wears/lasts as I just received it, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. Clothes fit true to size. Overall, worth the money particularly if you are shopping the clearance section.”

“Received my order but now want to return the item. There wasn't a return form in the package, which they state should have been there. This company do not care about their customers. I have sent messages 4 or 5 times, and no responses other than to say will be in touch within 48 hrs.. This has to be a 2nd Rate company. I hope I can get my refund.”

“Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, said 7 days delivery. Not had ANY communication from MW. I have sent 2 emails to which they said they would respond in 48 hours and haven't! I have phoned customers services and placed in a queue of 22 to which is took a ridiculous 2 hours 35 minutes to answer! The female stated she would look into it and ring me back within a couple of hours or email. 50+ hours later I am STILL waiting to find out! They were SO quick to take your money but never provided goods!! I worry I will never get products and never get a refund! Disgusting company and terrible customer service! I would HIGHLY avoid at all costs! Can't really blame Covid now either as some companies are back to next today delivery! I accept some delay but not 2 weeks with absolutely no reason!”

“Still waiting for my order for my 6 year old grandson belated birthday present which has been sitting in the warehouse waiting to be shipped for four days now. Placed the order on the 2nd July. Customer service have been sympathetic and saying they are sending emails to the warehouse but are they!!!!!!. The warehouse may be inundated with orders however being ready to be shipped for 4 days is totally unacceptable.”

“I returned 2 items to the warehouse via the "easy returns" policy and am still waiting for a refund. The items were returned 9 weeks ago, the customer support team is useless. Save your money and shop elsewhere, i know i will”
