I want a refund asap took money 11 days go still not dispatched waited hour on fone tons bad complaints looks like I'll have make the stand and gp to the press about this specially in time like this were people are struggling u tske peoples money and not give them there items scammers

I am so disappointed with my recent experience with Mountain Warehouse. I purchased two sleeping bags that were rated "comfortable" at 2-7 degrees. These were bought as gifts for my two adult sons. We recently went camping for the first time this season and the night temperature was +10 degrees. My sons were VERY cold. I emailed Mountain Warehouse twice. They replied and suggested that my sons would be more comfortable if they wore more base layers at night and tuck in the sleeping bag under their feet. - A very unsatisfied customer...

First time using online service. I understand times are different during this pandemic but I bought essential rain coats for me and my toddler, it's been 2 weeks and they've still not arrived. I had an email changing my delivery date, so I waited, and it still didn't arrive. I've had no further updates and according to the tracking device, it hasn't even been shipped. So I doubt I'll get it any time soon and I can't contact them to even request a refund so I can actually go to a shop and buy one. Ridiculous and frustrating.

Hi I put in an order in the 2nd July but didn't get an email or order number , but I called my bank up they took my money alright 😡 Spoken to a woman she passed on my details said in 48 hours someone will be in touch still waiting .There services is shocking to customers . I am now looking to take this further to get my money back and will not be using this company ever again .

I bought a pair of boots which were their own brand and appeared well made. It’s my own fault but I bought the size I always but thinking they were a little on the small side for my usual size but they might stretch or give a little but they didn’t. They were women’s boots and the sole was too thin so I could feel every stone. Couldn’t return them so they are now in the bin.

Anything I've bought from Mountain Warehouse, including a sleeping bag and two-person tent, was a good deal and arrived quickly. I usually check the clearance items on the website, which often offers very good deals. The only clothing I've bought has been easy-fit stuff like cycling jerseys and tee-shirts, and they've been good. A camp cooking kit was half the price of the high-end brand it replaced and has been just as good.

First tried to order something online and after entering the payment info, and clicking pay now it just reloaded the same page. It was supposed to give me a receipt page. Checked my bank.account and $190.24 had been taken. I kinda assumed everything went through fine. I saw that I was supposed to get an immediate email ored confirmation. Did not happen so googled the company reviews. Pretty horrible. Now I'm assuming that my order was not placed. Called the number on the website. It goes nowhere. Miraculously a store has just opened in my mall. After 6 minutes they gave me a number that puts you in a queue, that needs up promising you a call back and hangs up on you. Obv the callback never happens. Finally got through 2 days of.periodically calling. Guy confirmed no order placed, filled out a spreadsheet with my info and said it would be resolved. 2 weeks later nothing of course. Gonna start my calling campaign tomorrow... Read the reviews on amazon of some of their sleeping bags, and bought one last week, while expecting my refund, and SHOCKINGLY the MOMENT I first unzipped it, the zipping system broke. Amazon reviews are a scam, obv they want to sell it. They dont allow.criticism of the company or reputation, etc. This entire company is a joke, just google it. You will see hundreds of stories just like mine. I'm going to return the bag tomorrow on my lunch break. What a scam company so far.

Initially I recieved my order very quickly only took 3-5 days max which I thought was awesome especially with the way mail way being delayed at that time. I realized I had ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange, again initially the online support was very prompt in helping me get the right papers to send back and receive an exchange. After paying over $20 to mail back my item I heard nothing so I tried emailing again and now they've stopped answering withing their "48 hour" timeframe. Finally I get a reply saying they did exchange my item, day or 2 later I get an email telling me they don't actually have my size in that item anymore so I email them back asking about details as to how to get a different pair instead, again no answer so I gave up and called. The lady on the phone was nice, we ended up deciding on refunding me for the item because there were no shoes in that price range. Somehow she ended up refunding me $45.99 rather than the $74 I paid for the shoes with taxes. So now I am currently waiting to get all of that figured out as the new person I'm speaking to has no clue how the first lady I talked to refunded me a completely wrong amount. I was also told that some people wait longer than I have to get returns and exchanges figured out which is absolutely insane to me. And don't even get me started on the fact that i had to pay $20 for shipping just for them not to be able to exchange them for me because stores were closed at the time. Waste of time ordering online. Dont do it. And dont try to email them to resolve conflict. Always phone.

Ordered on 26th June nearly 2 weeks ago. They took over a week to "send" the items and start their "4-6 Days" delivery after that.. so what they meant was 4-6 Days after we bother actually sending it. Now a couple of days after they "sent" it .. they have just decided they don't even have part of the order and so partially refunded the order. Useless company clearly don't know how to run an online store. Avoid online

This review is in respect to delivery and customer service only - I ordered a pair of boots online and selected the 4 - 6 day delivery, that was Two weeks ago, and alas, the order has not arrived, I tried contacting customer services and was number Seven in the queue, at number Three in the queue and 45mins later, the automated voice disconnected me. I Emailed them... 4 days later a generic answer came back , "high volumes, covid-19, blah, blah ,blah." therefore the order would take another 10 days to dispatch... It was at this point I requested a refund and cancel the order, again, no luck. I have now given up trying to contact Mountain Warehouse and will instead RETURN the order for a refund instore as soon as it arrives. My advice to you is - read the reviews online before placing an order online, and DO NOT order online. My advice to Mountain Warehouse is - Sort Yourselves out and maybe contact Millets/Go Outdoors for some customer service and delivery advice/training, because you are shockingly bad at both, another customer bites the dust. AVOID MOUNTAIN WAREHOUSE ONLINE FFS.

I have just received a partial payment for a tent that I returned immediately after opening it as it was not fit for purpose. I received £14.99 of the expected £34.99. If you’re that desperate keep my money and my half of the tent!

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Ordered and paid. No confirmation no order number issues. Finds taken though. Sent e mail on Saturday. Spent a whole Monday morning morning on hold, a rep explained the pending transaction will be dropped back in within 24hours. So I reorder again today, Monday and get an error message AGAIN with no order number nor confirmation. I rang AGAIN. The rep explained they KNOW there is a problem. I wish the rep earlier had told me!! So now, there are thousands of people ordering from them and they KNOW about it but it has no warning on website. Absolutely disgraceful. I m now down a few hundred euro, and still have not secured my purchases.

Waiting 1 week since paying , proof on my bank statement.... I’ve had one lousy email 6days ago! Nothing since! I have no product on the way, no product confirmation & have provided all that was asked of me & yet still no bloody response!!! This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I have chase emailed every day & started 2 new queries to try get this bloody sorted. I’m angry now! Someone do something about customer service especially when it involves taking money - willing to changed feedback if rectified ASAP!

I made an order over two weeks ago now-no contact from them at all. The order tracking just keeps saying ‘shipped’ can’t find out any information. Not sure whether I am meant to have received my goods, whether they have been lost in transit or just delayed? Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered!

Ordered boots online. Delivered in 5 days. Unfortunately one boot fit to tight and returned to W E Mall location for hassle-free return. Bought 2 pairs of shoes while there and now ordered another pair online. Look forward to receiving them next week.

Problem purchasing online. I was told something had gone wrong with my order so I tried a second time - The same thing. I checked my bank account and my account had been debited twice. I emailed them and got no response. I've had no acknowledgement of my order ( two of the same thing now unfortunately) I tried ringing, got through but was cut off twice. The third time I was told I was number one in the queue, next minute I was told my call couldn't be taken and they would call me back. I wasn't asked to leave my number. I tried emailing again - no response. I should have checked their reviews first before I purchased- my mistake there, but I strongly suggest NOT buying through this company. The service is non existent- literally.

Ordered items and paid extra for a 1-2 day delivery, nothing happened till day two, no communication what so ever. On the fifth day I received an email saying don't expect a compensation and my good will be with me on that day between 10.40 and 12.40. Needless to say do delivery happend. Lack of communication is the only way to describe this. Such a rip off. Avoid if possible.

I ordered a BLACK pair Swift Women’s active trainers was sent a white pair instead even though the invoice clearly states i ordered a Black pair. Trying to get hold of customer service is a complete joke you will never get through. Amazon will see to it that I get my money back. I will give them a ZERO Star!!!!

In October 2019, I bought a 3 in 1 1500RY anorak. I wanted a coat to wear when walkIng my terrier. I paid about £60.00. I’ve worn it regularly since. It’s light and comfortable, completely waterproof and with lots of pockets for leads, whistles, treats and poo-bags. Warm in the cold weather, light and adaptable in warmer or wetter weather and after 8 months looks as good as when I bought it. I’m very impressed with it and hope it lasts and lasts but, if it doesn’t, I’ll definitely buy another one.
