“The furniture is beautiful and stylish. And one of the pieces I bought had some damages, after I contact the custom service, they provided me a new one . And surprised me with some sweets they mailed me afterwards. This is the best custom service I ever had . I highly recommend this company to all the people .”

“Nathan James is incredible! I could not be more happy and excited with my purchase! The customer service was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I had some stitches rip, and they sent me a brand new product and made the whole process so easy!! It was the best customer service I have ever seen! Props to Claire, she's incredible and was so quick about replying and sending me the new product! Thank you again Nathan James! I'll definitely be buying more from here in the future!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Nathan James customer service. I had a bar cart replacement sent to me for free, follow up emails asking about the delivery of the cart and making sure everything was perfect, and to top it off, a box of chocolates sent to me. The customer service I have received from this brand is unlike any other - Nathan James has gone above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy & satisfied with their product. I am more than happy to spend my money on a brand that values customer experience. The customer service representative that helped me, Taylor, was amazing. Thank you so much, you have a customer for life now.”

“Honestly, fantastic customer service, if not the best I've ever dealt with. Due to the shipping process, there were a couple of scratches on an item I had bought of theirs from Amazon. They were very timely, responsive, and easy to work with. I had taken a while to respond to them because I was busy with work, and they even went so far as to check on me, ask me how the process was going and made sure I received my replacement promptly. I didn't even have to repackage and send back the damaged item, which saved me a LOT of hassle. They also sent me a box of chocolates afterward as an apology,. As I said, truly phenomenal customer service. After replacement, I am very satisfied with the tables I bought from them, they are very stylish and affordable. I will definitely try to buy from them from now on.”
