“I received a table with a broken leg and they went above and beyond to fix the issue! They sent me a brand new table and a box of chocolates for the trouble! Truly amazing customer service, I recommend this company to everyone! The table is beautiful and great quality as well :)”

“Not only do the bookshelves look beautiful and fit our space perfectly, but the customer care is above the rest. There were a few issues with the package routing my building uses and Nathan James handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I felt very well attended to and taken care of. Thank you!”

“I randomly found Nathan James through social media & decided to give it a shot based on the reviews & am I glad I did! I purchased 4 items through them & it will not be the last time. I got 2 end tables for my living room & 2 tables for my bedroom. The quality of the tables is great. I had tiny scratches on 2 tables & customer service was amazing in helping resolve that. Great company with wonderful products & amazing customer service. Will purchase again!”

“Customer service was amazing! I received the wrong size of headboard and was missing a side table. When I emailed about it they were so helpful and shipped them both out fast. So far happy with the quality for the price.”

“To be honest, I was surprisingly shocked over how well-made the headboard panels are. We just had our dining room redone, so I used them there and they were perfect! Definitely give stars Nathan James!”

“Ordered a dining set off Amazon and after putting together noticed some damage. Instead of calling Amazon I called Nathan James directly and spoke with Cameron. Cameron was immediately apologetic and offed various solutions that did NOT involve taking apart and shipping back. I received the fix and I can’t tell you how easy it was. I now go directly to the Nathan James site when looking for something. Their level of customer service is remarkable and builds solid faith in ordering products on line, sight unseen. Thank you again!”

“My profession is in a customer service based industry. In a world where companies don't show much care to their customers, I know how important it is to give white glove service. Nathan James has outstanding service. You would think their employers are trained by the Ritz Carlton. They went above and beyond for my needs regarding questions, a shipping glitch, etc, and I'll be sure to order for them again. They get it, and I appreciate that.”

“I contacted costumer support because during the move I lost one piece to remount my shelf in my new home. I spoke with Cameron- who was FANTASTIC!!! He definitely went above and beyond to help me. All communication was done via email and he was super quick with responses and went way out of his way to get me the part I needed. I normally dread contacting customer support for anything, so this was a big deal for me. I also never leave reviews or comments for anyone or anything, but I definitely wanted to give him the recognition he deserves. I would have hated to not have that shelf I love so much because of a single part. I’ll definitely be returning as a customer because of great customer support I received. Thank you again Cameron!!!!”
