We've used this service a few times without any problems but this time it was a but different. We arrived at 6.30am and waited at the bus stop for 15 minutes and no bus came. We started to walk thinking we could pull bus over if we passed one but got all the way to the airport without any bus passing us at all. With 2 cases and 4 hand luggage 2 adults and 2 young children in the cold wasn't ideal! Upon our return we landed at 12.00am after being delayed due to having to stop at gatwick to refuel we were hoping there would be a bus waiting. However there wasn't. Again we waited a short while but no bus cane so we headed back to the car park on foot and got all the way back to the car park without any bus passing us at all. I know it isn't a huge walk but it was a good 10 minutes to our car and like I say in the freezing cold with two young children and all our luggage I was disappointed!

Parking fine but had to wait for way too long for the courtesy bus to take jus back to the parking bay, and then had to go into the booth because the automated barriers were not working.

The courtesy bus was empty at kiosk when we arrived at 4.15am which left us with a long walk with luggage. Similarly on return with all returnees not prepared to wait. Need to rethink operation of courtesy bus for it to be more evident.

Twice now I have had to wait TOO long to be collected. Going out is ALWAYS a joy but collection is VERY hitty, missy. I believe there is a camera so I suggest someone watch it.....also communication between the drivers and the office would be good.

I was a bit dissapointed with this visit as the parking was booked online and the instructions printed off stated that on arrival I should take a ticket (which I did) and on my return all I had to do was drive up to the barrier and put the ticket in and the camera would recognise the registration and the barrier would rise. This did not happen. It was rather embarrasing and I had to get out of the car and go to the office to have the ticket validated before returning to reinsert the ticket. It was fairly embarassing as there was a queue of traffic behind me so I was unable to reverse and let the other people out so they too were delayed. Leaving me feeling extremely red faced, the only saving grace was it was almost midnight so it was dark.

Competitively priced but the bus service is a bit of a pain waiting in freezing temperatures. The buses are poorly laid out and luggage is difficult to store on board. The number plate recognition doesn't always work leaving you stuck at the barrier with irate drivers behind you. Solve these problems and you would have an excellent service.

on returning on 26th I find I have incurred a parking fine of £100.for parking in a disabled section of the car park. I am contesting the fine as I see it Arrive previous week 5.30 am very dark , confused first time using the long stay parking. On returning the following day I find a small notice roughly 9" by8" up an 8 foot pole parking for disabled only.at 75 and a little confused. I am not a happy bunny. Patrick Cahill.

the carpark needs updating it looks very rundown, also the shuttle bus to the terminal is not very reliable,it took 10 mins for the bus to pick us up and take us to the terminal.not good enough.the amount of money that you are charging to park your car,i think you could put some more buses on

Medium stay carpark not worth the extra cost. Just as easy to park in long term and walk from there - roughly same distance

Very easy to book. Automated number plate recognition speeds exit. But why are all the long stay parking lots close to the terminal blocked off and empty, forcing travellers to walk unnecessarily far? There are no dropped curbs on the pavement making it difficult to wheel luggage, unless you walk in the road. Or wait for an infrequent bus.

Difficult to find a parking space which was wheelchair friendly and no transport available to transer from car park to airport. Exactly the same as it always is.

Quite a good secure carpark just don't understand why the only carparks that are open are a long way from the terminal ! Why are the carparks nearest to the exit closed !!!!

Unlike previous times I have used the parking, this experience was frustrating. The open car parks were almost completely full (2 spaces left in the one I parked in) and the car park forced you to drive all the way through the having to drive along every lane of cars snaking through from entry to exit. Why have such an infuriating system - you just want to turn up and park not drive around 20 hairpin bends to try and find a car parking space. There were plenty of complete car parks empty but closed so its not like space was tight. disappointing.

This was anoth straightforward experience. I am a repeat user but will vary my choice of long-stay, short stay and off site car parking according to the offer. I much prefer the short stay as it's the shortest walk but after filling in my car details and picking up the entrance ticket it is simplicity itself ( as long as the ticket is still working as issued when you get back if not it's a detour via the cabin for a replacement). It still works out slightly cheaper than the Taxi from Ashington on most occasions!

On arrival I realised that the parking fee I paid was only marginally different to if I hadn't booked; why bother with the on-line hassle?

Good service but incredibly expensive.

The site is well located but very expensive. The airport parking policy discourages customer drop off or collection so we are forced to use this very over priced carpark. There is always loads of space which would be used if the costs were lower.
