“Saturday 5am - Sunday noon for £32 looks like a bit of rip-off.”

“We were very dissapointed when we arrived back at Newcastle Airport as we had to wait for about twenty minutes for a bus to take us back to our car, even though we buzzed three times and were told each time there was a bus on its way. We have used the airport times quite a few times before but have never waited more than a couple of minutes for a bus so we were quite upset by our wait this time”

“We have used this car park twice this year and were happy that it was safe. However, both times we were not able to find a disabled space. There are obviously not enough of them. When you book this car park there should be something to ask if a disabled space is required. As it stands you will never know how many other people have had this same problem.”

“I use this parking every time I go on holiday from newcastle. Entry is good and finding a place to park is okay. I Always pre pay but this time the exit barrier told me I needed to pay more. The gentleman in the office took a while to sort it and the barrier lifted. It was awful weather and being stuck at the barrier with cars behind was not very pleasant. However having related this incident I would still use it again as the location of the park is very convenient. I just hope it works properly next time.”

“Car park was almost full but managed to park close to stop 11 plenty of space. Could do with better traffic management signage a bit of frustration when arriving early in the morning having to circle the car parks looking for space.”

“Very good apart from the scratch on the driver side of the car on returning to the car not Newcastle airports fault but be aware. The car is 4months old owch.”

“we found car parking spaces had limited space between cars and unfortunately my car had been damaged on this occasion this I did not realize until I had arrived home . Overall experience okay but still very expensive ,due to lack of competition ?”

“Everything went well until we came to exit the barrier wouldn't lift and the screen said we owed £103, pressed the button and spoke to a lady who said the reg plate wasn't recognised. Had to dig out the confirmation number and wait appx 3 mins with a big queue behind me then I was told the barrier would be lifted , no explanation , no apology , it left a bad impression.”

“We have no complaints about the car parking but we waited approx 15 minutes for a bus to take us back and it was a really cold night. We have used this kind of parking at many other airports and have never had to wait this long for the bus”
