“Next are not very clear with their opening and closing times, there has been a number of times that i have went down to the store but it's already shut.”

“Really appreciate Next's help needed to exchange a birthday gift that i ordered online. Was able to exchange instore without any hassel saff where able to undrstand my situation, and done so in a calm fashion while dealing with other customer :):) Fantasic service!!!”

“I absolutely love the baby and kid clothing at Next which is why I get both my boys clothes there. With boys they HATE shopping and like the clothes at Next so I just buy it all online and everybody wins. Next always has really cute shirts and trousers in both my boys sizes and they love the jammies there too. I'm never in a huge hurry for the deliveries, but they seem to come in around 3 days.”

“I shop at Next for both clothes and home ware. I usually do an in-store collection and each time I've picked up my order they ask for different forma of ID. I'm told one thing via email and another when I show up in the store so it's confusing and not that smooth of a transaction. Get your act together people.”

“Next continues to send and charge me for their mail catalogue even though I have called several times and said that I didn't want it and to stop sending. They are always very apologetic, yet they keep sending it. I refuse to pay for a catalogue I didn't ever order and when I keep taking time out of my day to cancel. I don't have time for incompetence!”
