Long delivery time, then only part order delivered, had to chase remaining, just too much hard work to deal with this company. Will not use again.

It has taken more than a month and umpteen emails before my order arrived. Despite you saying that you had fulfilled the order on the 12th August. I had given up hope of receiving my order but thankfully it has now arrived.

I made an order on 02/08 and got the items only on 20/08. Not very good. The communication wasn’t great either, there was no estimate delivery date, and I live in London, not somewhere hard to reach.

I ordered a dog crate for express delivery to the house we were holidaying in for a week. I kept chasing the company regarding the delivery since they hadn't provided me with a delivery date. A week after I ordered, I was told my order was due for delivery 10 days after I ordered it - which was after I had left the holiday house. I had to collect my new puppy without the dog crate. I have not been able to retrieve my order, since it would cost me more to drive back to Cornwall than ordering a new crate would cost. I'm sure Not in the Dog House is a great company if you do not require a fast delivery.

Took two weeks for our dog food to arrive so it obviously was not in stock at the time of order. Emails were responded to quite quickly which was appreciated. The courier that they use did not deliver the food on two attempts despite somebody being home on both occasions. Apparently nobody answered the intercom that we don't have was their excuse. Ended up picking the package from the depot myself. Not the best experience overall.

I’m really disappointed. Firstly the order took two weeks to process which was then too late for the arrival of our puppy. I emailed to cancel the order twice, but no one responded to me. Instead, they shipped the order. I’ve since tried to return as the driver couldn’t return the order on refusal. Now I’ve been charged for a product that you can’t use and no one to speak to, to arrange a return.

Paid for express delivery. Took a week to arrive, many emails not replied too. Also was promised a refund of the delivery charge but never received.

I am still waiting for my item to arrive after 3 weeks of waiting. I have contacted, them but i just get a general " YOUR PACKAGE IS ON ITS WAY" where from the moon !!!!!!!

Took longer than expected to arrive. Ordered allowing for the fact that we had about a weeks supply left and it took longer than this, was about 10 days! Also has quite alot of unnecessary packaging, black plastic that can't be recycled and cardboard around each one, im sure this could be minimsed.

Unfortunately, the products ordered took 10 days to arrive, despite paying for Express Delivery. It was only when I chased the products that I got a response. I ordered Frozzy Dog ice cream. It was virtually melted when it arrived. If you are unable to supply products as advertised it might be better not to offer them for sale.

Took along time to arrive , arrived eventually after me constantly messaging . Arrived on 2 separate days . It’s a shame really they don’t appreciate people want to buy of them , and they treat them poorly

Order despatched and arrive beautifully packaged , however part of the order was wrong/ missing and two weeks on this has not been rectified despite several emails! 😕

Whilst there is plenty of choice online for our pets I'm still waiting for my goods to arrive. I ordered them on the 11th June & its now the 21st June so not impressed really

Took 6 days to arrive despite paying for express delivery. I'm guessing the first consignment got lost in the post as I had an email telling me it had been resent after I had emailed twice to report non-delivery. No offer of any refund of the excess shipping I had paid for a fast delivery. When the product finally arrived it was part-defrosted also.
