Worst network I've ever used. 4g data rubbish, signal poor,used the sim in different phones, all the same outcome. Terminated contract early, as they also increased my bill. Gone to ID mobile. Had 5g in loads of places, and I'm in Cornwall.

They are liars and thieves, they told me I would not be charged if I leave them which was a lie. Then they are telling me for months that they will refund my money. Is a total lie. Every week is the same.

I hate o2 with a passion, they have messed me about at every turn! If you care about not feeding fuel to a fire, stay well away from o2!

Contacted O2 as my bill has just increases by 12 pounds per month. This is less than 60 days after taking out the contract. If you can avoid O2 at all costs they have become one of the worst providers. It's shameful

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jade who works at the O2 store in Bromley. She was attentive, kind and listened to my query regarding a problem I was having with my phone. She was able to resolve the issue in less than 3 minutes of me telling her the problem which another member of staff at the lewisham O2 branch was unable to help with. Her customer service was quick, efficient and above all else effective as the problem with my phone has now been fully resolved. Thanks again Jade, keep doing what you are doing with a smile.

The customer service was awful, I couldn't understand what the person was saying, he had a very strong accent. He was unable to help with my problem to get a PUK code for my phone. He took ages to do it but it still wouldn't work, I gave up and will go into the shop when I get home, as I'm on holiday at the moment.

A SCAMMER, A FRAUD COMPANY As my bill was going up 50%!!!!, I called them if I can cancel my contract without paying any early disconnection penalty on 31st March 2023 around 16:30. The guy clearly confirmed that I can cancel the contract without paying early disconnection charge. Now I got a HUGE bill including the early disconnection charge!!! If this is not a scam or fraud, what is it? Why this kind of behaviours are allowed in the UK? This is illegal and this is a fraud. The company should not be allowed to do any business if they conduct this kind of illegal activity. Their customer service are awful. They can't speak English properly and calling their customer service wouldn't go anywhere. Needless to say, their date connection are simply dreadful. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It’s been two hours on the phone now and no one picked up the phone yet.. I’m texting this while waiting to get through insurance team.. cos I dropped my phone, it’s a very first time I’m trying to claim from o2 … and I’m already made My mind of changed provider ! Tried for last two days to get In touch.. I used to have Know How insurance and everything is done in 10 minutes

Wanted to upgrade and it has been a nightmare I have been a customer for years and it seems as long as you don’t actually need anything ie need help from customer service you’re fine. Their “customer service” team is absolutely a waste of time.

Agreed a conract with them for 2 years £55 p/m. Then 7 months in they suddenly decide to charge me £64 p/m and there is nothing I can do about it. When we enter a contract it is to lock in a price, why else would a customer sign a contract? You may as well be sim only. If my mortgage or utility company suddenly decided to change my price mid contract there would be uproar, well O2 can do whatever they like, and tough if you dont agree because its in the small print that you never read. Im stuck now and im furious with them. Tell as many people as you can to NEVER sign a mobile phone contract. You basically just sign all of your rights away and have to pay whatever O2 want to charge. They could increase the price to £700 p/m and I would still have to pay. As a customer you gain nothing from signing a contract. Never again. We should all join together and stop this company from ripping off their customers.

During a sales call with O2 in January 2023, the agent repeatedly told me to ignore the pricing sent to me in a contract, and assured me the price they verbally told me was correct. Later, it emerged that I had been manipulated into signing the contract in the belief it was not true, when in fact it was. I was then charged more than double the verbally assured fee every month. I called, emailed, sent private Twitter messages, and attempted to use O2's messaging service to correct the problem, but was rarely able to get through. Agents promised to listen to the initial call recording and get back to me but then never did, their systems were often down, the messaging service was broken, or busy / unavailable, they responded to not a single one of my many emails, and 3 months later I'm still being charged double what was agreed. I can't get a response from O2 despite them being in breach of contract and being protected by the consumer rights act and am locked into a contract that will charge me more than £1000 over what they told me it would be. I've tried to cancel multiple times, but they keep saying they want to charge £500 to exit, despite it being their lies that made me sign. If you use their messaging service and they ask a question, when you reply it starts the whole sign in loop again, and then it's often busy and they won't put your message through. I think I've tried this more than 50 times over two months and have spent more than 5 hours trying to get through on the phone.

02 is a rubbish and crazy company mobile provider.There customer service are so annoying,they don’t understand English even they just disconnect the call when can’t solve the issues.most of are from india who has no knowledge about 02 service.I had lost my mobile signal now it’s over 7days.every time they just lying to me but they not doing anything.I been to the store.same rude behaviour or attitude..I want to cancel my contract and ask for compensation..

I am trying to claim on my insurance as I dropped my phone.I cannot get through to the insurance team and have been passed around your customer service team for an hour so far!!!!! Your telephone service is atrocious I will be changing to another provider at the end of my contract. You are a telephone provider and your own system isn't fit for use.I have spoken to seven people so far and verified myself ad have now been cut off aaaaaaaaagh

I was a o2 customer in Hanley in stoke for 6 months untill a new manager started is a the rudest manager I ever known and he's only young aswell so I'm back with Vodafone no skin off my nose if he loses of customer I ain't bothered I did go like o2 I feel so sorry for all those good staff in there

So my friend who has alot going on in her life rn including cancer and her three young kids, went along to 02 today to swap her phone and she got shouted at. She suffers with her mental health and often can't decide on things so this switch up seemed like a good idea, although i told her its ridiculouly expensive. She went in today to change her phone one last time as her Google ones been playing up and they shouted at her to the point she started crying and they still stood there and had a go at her because she's changed her phone 4 times. The way she was treated today at the Basingstoke store is absolutely disgusting you should work on your customer skills, Phone her and apologise and never talk to anyone like that again! Vile scum!!

Been with O2 for many years without issue but over the last 6-8 months, internet coverage has become dreadful and their customer service, to try and resolve my issues, is even worse. - Contradicting information - unanswered complaints - promises of call backs never materialise. - incorrect SIM cards dispatched - long periods on hold when calling them. - told toggling to and from airplane mode is the answer when my internet coverage drops. - admit there is congestion in my area but have no current plans to rectify the problem.
