“Having tried most other supermarket delivery companies Ocado are, and have always been, the best. 1 hour delivery slots that they hit, very rarely any missing or replaced items, polite and courteous drivers. All in all very good. Only gripe would be that, occasionally, fresh fruit and veg isn't the pick of the bunch so I sometimes buy it myself instead.”

“I have used Ocado since the first week it started delivering in this Area years ago - I LOVE it. The drivers are wonderful, polite and cheery and nothing is too much trouble. The range is wide. Everything is sorted into the correct bag - green handles for frozen, red for fridge and purple for cupboard - so helpful. It gives use by dates clearly on the receipt. So far it has gone from a small company to a large without losing its' identity. I could go on singing its' praises. MARVELLOUS!”

“Very pleased with Ocado except for a little niggle with delivery. My Mum (who has weekly deliveries from you) is very disabled with Parkinson's and therefore someone needs to be there to open the door. I constantly get requests from the driver to deliver early on the 1-2pm Thursday slot (I understand some people would be pleased) and even if I say please don't, they sometimes do anyway which could result in Mum having a fall trying to answer the door. On the other hand if I select the 2-3pm slot on a Thursday the driver has been late several times which is just as bad. I'm going to move the slot to an evening to see if that works better. Delivery postcode is SG2 8BW”

“Drivers are invariably polite, friendly and helpful, phoning if they are ever early to check if an early delivery is okay. Fruit and veg are usually of very good quality, packing of bags is mostly good and the website is easy to use. Thank you to Ocado for years of really good deliveries.”

“I have been using Ocado now for well over a year and they are excellent. Hardly any items are missing and if they are I am informed well in advance of delivery. The drivers are very friendly and helpful and I get a call from them if they are runnung early or late.”

“I have been shopping with Ocado since they began and in all those years they have always provided great service. Their website far surpasses any of the other on line grocery stores. It is fast and easy to use and offers an extensive range of products. The drivers are always pleasant, helpful and friendly and the one hour delivery slot is perfect. Whenever I have had a query or problem, the customer service department have been quick to solve the issue, and always with charm and friendliness and has made me feel like a very valued customer. My Smart Pass allows me wonderful flexibility and has saved the day on more than one occasion, when I have needed to make a last minute order. Ocado Are Simply The Best.”

“Before moving to Ocado I'd tried the delivery services of all the major supermarkets but found each lacked in one or more areas. I made the move many years ago and have never regretted it. Ocado are not perfect but on those rare occasions that something goes wrong they move heaven and earth to put it right and clearly, by their actions they believe that right lies on the side of the customer. Shortages or substitutions are rare and I have yet to encounter any Ocado employee providing anything less than a polite, efficient and professional service. Truly an exceptional company.”

“I wouldn't use anyone else now, after trying all supermarket deliveries. I have been receiving deliveries from Ocado for at least 11 years now and the customer care is second to none. The delivery drivers are great, there are rarely any substitutions and I have never had any items missing.”

“One of the best things about shopping with Ocado is their stock management system. If I add an item to my trolley but it won't be available for the delivery slot selected, their system tells me so I can pick my own alternative or change my delivery slot if I really want that particular item! In all my shops for the past few years I can't have had more than 5 substituted items. Previous online shopping with others I would regularly get swapped or not available items that I didn't know about until the delivery arrived! But with Ocado before your delivery arrives they tell you if there's anything missing or substituted. They have some great offers to compete with the "big 4" supermarkets and you can get the Waitrose essential range too if watching the pennies. Customer service is world class! I've mentioned this in social media as other companies really could learn from Ocado in how to deal with customers. From their customer service team, social media team to their delivery drivers, everyone is professional, friendly & helpful.”

“I have used Ocado for about five years now. Their service is excellent, as is the food and other items they provide. A fair price for good quality is important to me - Ocado's price match guarantees that my weekly shop costs the same as it would with their competitors, however the service carries them high above the others.”
