“Driver/deliverer always extremely helpful and polite. Ordering online is very quick and easy, very few substitutions need to be made. Overall a very reliable and excellent service.”

“Easy to use website, great selection of products (including small and specialist brands) and reliable delivery service (with friendly/nice delivery drivers). I am time poor and use Ocado a lot, 99% of the time everything works well, on the occasions when it doesn't Ocado are very good at putting it right...without a fuss.”

“You used to separate chilled food in red colour bags which made unpacking very easy. Now everything is all mixed together. Little touches like that really matters.”

Hi Fan, this should not be the case. All fridge, cupboard and freezer items should be in separate, colour-coded bags as they always have been. It is concerning to hear that you are receiving your shopping mixed. Can you please email ocado@ocado.com, including reviews.co.uk in the title plus your username. “Great shopping experience, so few substituted items due to good stock control, however packers and drivers don't always think - potatoes on top of bread, or yoghurt pots - but their online refund request deals with these easily.”

Heavens Ali, it very worrying to her that the packing of your shopping has not been up to the highest standard and we're disappointed in ourselves that we've let you down. We would not expect heavy items like potatoes to be packed on top of bread or yoghurt pots. “The range of products is excellent and missing items or substituted items are very rare. However, the packing of items in the bags is occasionally haphazard with heavy items sometimes being placed on top of (and damaging) fragile items that are underneath. Also, items like boxes of cakes are sometimes put in the bags upside down, which damages the contents. The delivery drivers are first class.”

Oh dear it saddens us to hear that some of the packing of your shopping has been haphazard as we always aim to deliver your product damage free, and packed properly. We can completely understand how frustrating it must be when you see your order arrive in this condition, and we'd like to say sorry for the inconvenience caused.
