“The comments below still stand but one occurrence this week makes me change 'very good' to 'good'. A special offer (Method laundry liquid) was continuously unavailable. I occasionally use other online 'supermarkets' - from Waitrose to Asda - but none offer the service, the products, the prices and particularly the quality offered by Ocado. I have a gluten and dairy free diet and Ocado offers me many choices to help with this. The delivery staff are very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. I would be lost without Ocado and all the different products it brings to me!”

“We have shopped with Ocado for about ten years. The large range of products and first class quality - Waitrose's , their own brand ,and specialist 'shops' (eg Swedish) is complimented by first class customer service. Of particular note is the ease of ordering - far,far better than any competitors and the superb service when anything goes wrong (which is,in any event,rare). Excellent pricing too!!!”

“I've shopped with Ocado now for Eight years and I wouldn't go back to pushing a trolley round a supermarket. I've tried other supermarket online stores but nothing compares. The staff at the call centre are friendly and helpful if you have a problem and the drivers are always polite even if the weather is making their jobs just a little bit challenging. Substitute / missing items are few and far between. Well done Ocado keep up the good work!!”

“Please check your programme. I have twice began my review, took a phone call and lost the review. Only because I have such a high regard for Icado, which I have used for 20 years an I briefly completi it. Wouldn't change, excellent service, happy to pay for it, good products and I could write more but your programme needs checking as I am not happy with this process and having to re write my review. Get your act together I am very happy with Ocado”

“Rarely missing items Polite drivers within time slots The only thing I would be negative on is the packing sometimes overfilled bags others with one item Overfilled bags have little regard for delicate items eggs herbs and salad bags Otherwise I'm very happy with ocado wouldn't concider other supermarket options”

“I have been shopping with Ocado for at least ten years now and they have never let me down. Always friendly and helpful - prices competitive too. The delivery pass is perfect for me works well last minute and pre planned. Keep up the good work.”

“Used for some 8 yrs. Took a while to get into it, but now I shop on line like clockwork. Everything has improved since it was set up. Saves time and effort. My 'shop' is done at night. One eye on the TV and the other on my laptop.”

“Generally I think Ocado is great. You have a wide range of products particularly in relation to GF which is a major plus point for me. I can get lots of gluten free foods in one shopping trip rather than having to visit lots of specialist shops/sites. Sometimes I find the packing policy a little bit odd- food stuffs being packed alongside non-food and soft items (like bread) wedged in beside hard and heavy items - but drivers are always polite and punctual.”

“Great website, selection, delivery people, and customer service. I did a price comparison with my local Morrisons and some Ocado items were even cheaper! I have tried all the others but Ocado is definitely the best.. their only downfall for me is the short sell/use by dates on fresh items, shopping twice a week, not doing a weekly shop is better.”

“Why I love Shopping with Ocado: No travelling to the supermarket as the supermarket travels to you. Literally. The website is a doddle to navigate, the choice: vast. The fruit & veg are the freshest you can get. It can be cheap, it can be expensive but you get what you pay for and their own brand is getting bigger & better all the time. The delivery staff: polite and helpful. They listen, don't often make mistakes, quickly correct the few they do and in all of the years I have been shopping with them week in, week out they still haven't managed to break my eggs! Yep I like Ocado, especially on my iPad.”

“I have been an Ocado customer for more than eleven years. I do all my food and household shoppjng this way. The range of goods on offer surpasses any supermarket. The delivery drives are always pleasant and helpful. The one area which is not always so good is the packing-heavy items on top of cakes and squashable items. Please give more thought to this area it really lets Ocado down”

“I love Ocado. The quality of the produce is excellent. The care taken to deliver everything intact is excellent. Their drivers are lovely. Their app is brilliant & easy to use, in fact I prefer it to the website. Doing my weekly shop takes about 5 minutes. Finally if something does go wrong, Ocado do everything they can to make it right. They value my business.”

“Ocado is for the most part, a super efficient delivery service. Their customer service is second-to-none. The Ocado website is easy to navigate and product images and descriptions are displayed well. Ocado's own brand products are at times better than Waitrose and more cost-effective. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocado to others.”

“Sadly not enough care is taken to preserve the shape and integrity of loaves of bread and other delicate items which are randomly thrown into bags along with other hard items such as boxes or cans. As a consequence soft items become almost unusable through crushing.”
