Find ordering easy. Mostly use the app on my phone or tablet and it's very quick and easy. One hour delivery slots and driver will ring if early delivery possible or if running late. Don't very often have missing items on my shop. Like the estimate product life on website. All drivers have been friendly and helpful when delivering. I often recommend it to friends.

Generally good but my delivery is 3 hours late today. My driver says I have to call the call centre to cancel. Premium rate number, I am number 15 in the queue. Very poor service to make me call a premium rate number then wait so long to get through.

Comparing ocado with other retailers, they are far and beyond. The food is always fresh, the dates are always the longest dates, the items are always packed well and the delivery people always smart, pleasant and professional. What you see in stock online is what you get. In all of the years I have shopped with ocado I have only had 1 substitution!

I know you need to have cut off times by which you can change your order but it would be very helpful to know the absolute latest time by which you can add ( not subtract items or cancel) items as it seems I am always thinking of things I forgot about an hour or two after the cutoff time. I think it would be good for business if the time to add items could be later than the subtraction or cancellation time.

I appreciate the 1 hour window and the fact that substitutions happen very rarely...not the same with other companies. Also all the drivers you employ are polite and professional.

I have been shopping with Ocado for a few years. The website is easy to use and the product descriptions are very clear. I have tried other online supermarkets but none are as good. The delivery drivers are always friendly, helpful and cheerful.

While the range of products available and the courteousness of your delivery drivers is very good you're packing department is not. Often things are packed inappropriately with heavy items being put on top of bread and eggs and things that should not be in contact with each e.g. Cleaning products and food packed in the same bag. In my view your packing department needs a complete re-think in order to make Ocado deliveries better and more attractive to customers.

Always ontime, professional, friendly and polite. One of the best websites/apps with features I couldn't live without. Like the functionality to have a regular deliver slot. Don't notice too much of a price difference. Stock the brands and type of products I like and high quality own brand.

I've been an Ocado customer for several years after switching from another online Supermarket and I order roughly every 2 weeks. In the many years I've been an Ocado customer I've had a handful of substitutions and even less missing items. The drivers have always been friendly and helpful, and on the very rare occasion when I've had a problem with an item, customer services have always acted quickly. The quality of each item has generally been excellent, I must have ordered thousands over the years and I've only grumbled 4 or 5 times. The receipts are really useful as the products are shown in a 'use by...' order, so I can pop it on the fridge door rather than open the door and waste time searching for something which is close to its use by date. The selection of items on the site is massive and I've found myself ordering some very obscure products over the years - pink himalayan rock salt, who'd have thought it! The site is really easy to navigate and it will suggest a shopping list for you based on a mix of items you've previously bought if you're short on time. Payment isn't taken from your account until your order has been delivered, which really helps if you're close to payday as you can order it as long as there's £1 in your account, and get it delivered on payday. Delivery slots are great too, there's lots of choice. I pay for a midweek pass which covers me from but there is a £9.99 charge at Christmas, which would cost more in petrol/parking/time/stress for me to go to the supermarket myself, and they have always turned up on time with everything I've ordered, so I don't have to worry. I'm very happy with Ocado and I'd never switch back to my old online supermarket and I'd heartily recommend Ocado to family, friends, neighbours, people looking for a great online supermarket. In fact, I already have.
