As a long-term user of Ocado, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great product choice, good pricing, friendly and professional staff, reliable, products you order get delivered etc etc. Occasionally I drift off to other delivery shopping brands but quickly return to Ocado.

Have been using Ocado for many years. Good range of products including many Waitrose items. Always efficient service and have always delivered on time. Customer Service helpful on the telephone with any queries although sometimes have to wait in a queue to get through. No complaints!!!

Unfortunately I seem to be last delivery & as a result many perisible goods are damaged, bruised fruit etc & sometimes items are missing. Perhaps a different packing system in the van could be looked into. With the exception of one bad tempered driver all the others have been very courteous & helpful.

Hi Dawn, we're really sorry to hear about the damages to your recent order. With regards to the packing, it shouldn't matter when your order is delivered as they are held in frames in the van separate from each other. We do hope that you put in a refund request for any damaged or missing items. If not please do email us at ocado@ocado.com and we can look into this. It's also as shame to hear that that your driver was bad tempered, as we can assure you that we do look into any complaints regarding drivers, if you haven't already reported this to us please do email us regarding this too. Have used Ocado for many years and I can't fault the service. The drivers are helpful and punctual and on the rare occasion that I have a problem, the online refund system is easy and efficient. I first used Ocado after I fractured my back but now it is my no. 1 supermarket. 'My Favourites' list is really helpful and I giggle to myself at how much time and aggravation I save by shopping online. My best Ocado moment was sitting at a computer in a hotel in Indonesia, booking a delivery which arrived 2 hours after we arrived home from holiday! Why would anyone spend hours selecting fruit and veg in a supermarket when Ocado does it all for you - brilliant!

I have trusted Ocado with my weekly shop for 5 years and they rarely let me down...and if they do they are quick to apologise and refund. I probably do not appreciate Ocado as much as I should as they have become such a seamless, effortless part of my life.

Generally speaking I am very happy with the service from Ocado. All the drivers have been extremely pleasant, always on time and in some cases even early. My only gripe is the life of some the bakery goods when receiving them on a Friday or Saturday, expiry on the Sunday. I appreciate you are not producing them only delivering them. I have been very pleased with the quality of the meat and fish I gave received.

Polite, helpful, punctual delivery drivers, who will ring you if any problems. Rarely any missing items and if there are you are sent a text in advance to alert you which means can arrange to get separately. Also, so much more than just groceries available - have ordered stamps, swimming goggles and birthday cards with my weekly shop to name just a few last minute items!

I have shopped with Ocado for many years and have always been extremely pleased with everything. There are rarely missing items when I shop and the choice and quality of goods is second to none. I love being able to buy unusual foodstuffs and store cupboard essentials all under one umbrella. There are so many departments to choose from and I can even order my cats favourite dried food from Fetch, something I used to have to purchase from the Vets. Deliveries are always on time and sometimes even early and the driver always checks to make sure that this is convenient by telephoning. I hate store food shopping and I thank goodness that I can place an order every week or more as I have a Smart Pass and take advantage of the hundreds of special offers always available offering such good value for money. Thank you Ocado.

We have been with Ocado for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with the service; we have a regular time slot for delivery which we find very reliable and convenient. The drivers are very friendly and helpful, a credit to the company, the few times that we have had occasion to phone the company we couldn't have had better service, friendly, helpful and polite. I am certain that price wise they are very fair and competitive.

Have to check eggs as they are sometimes broken. Heavy items are sometimes put on top of soft items. Sometimes only one item in a bag. Otherwise very good

Great service, we rarely have items missing or substitutions and when we do the subs are sensible. The drivers are friendly, very rarely late and if they are going to be late we are notified. If anything they're usually early!

I really like the great range of items on offer, particularly some you don't see in local supermarkets. Prices are very competitive and I get the delivery direct to my door. Fantastic. I always recommend to friends.

I've been using Ocado for over ten years and would not shop with anyone else. The service is fabulous, they are always friendly, and most importantly reliable. And I love their app - so user-friendly! Do not go anywhere else!

Generally good, but very often receive fresh items of fruit/vegetables not necessary to be with only 1 or 2 days to go on the sell-buy/expiry date.
