“I ordered a bikini top but when it arrived it was the wrong bikini top that I ordered. I got in contact with oh Polly customer service and Katie, Lauren, Moya and Bethanie replied to my emails quickly and acted upon my inquiry professionally. They were able to sort my inquiry out effectively and efficiently. They also refunded me for the delivery which was great.”

“Annie and Moya helped me correct my order numerous times even. I ordered the wrong sizes and they responded right away and fixed the sizes before the ordered shipped. They were very helpful and communicated with me in a timely fashion. I love this companies products but what makes the truly remarkable is their excellent customer service. I encourage everyone to purchase from Oh Polly”

“Was in touch with customer services and spoke to the lovely Bethanie regarding an exchange. It was sorted very quickly, and had no problems at all with it. The quality of the clothes I received were perfect, just a little bigger than expected hence the return. 100% would buy from here again, just will order smaller sizes for the top half in the future.”

“Thankyou to Megan who quickly answered my questions about a pair of leggings! Oh polly are always amazing. I have ordered close to 100items off them And im in love with every single piece. delivery has always been quick and the customer service is literally the best ive ever received. They always make a effort to respond to my questions within a few hours even if it’s something simple. I dont buy my clothes/underwear or activewear anywhere else if i can help it because i know i always get great service and quality clothing from oh polly!”
