“I had ordered a dress for a wedding and unfortunately due to Covid, there was a delay. I reached out to Oh Polly to receive an update. I honestly thought that I wouldn’t have received a detailed update, however, Moya was amazing. She let me know that the order was delayed since it was stuck at customs and she let me know that I could reach out again if I didn’t receive my order. She went above and beyond her role and made me feel a lot better about the whole situation!”

“Bethanie was extremely helpful and went out of her way on a sunday to look into why I had not received my money from my return. It was simply due to a backlog, however she got it processed and sorted the same day. Great customer service and I would order again from them.”

“Ordered a dress and first time I wore it out one of the straps broke!! Emailed OhPolly and they got back straight away, Bethanie was brilliant and offered to send me a brand new dress in the same size and style. She was so lovely and apologetic and sorted it out straight away. Thank you Betahnie! - Laura xx”
