“The entire process was extremely casual. We looked at over 200 homes looking for that special place. No pressure looking, no pressure to get a buyer's agent, no pressure to close.”

“Opendoor was amazing. I got what I believed to be a fair offer, everyone was so kind and professional, the process was so easy, I was skeptical and stressed because I didn't know anyone who had tried opendoor, I kept waiting for the shoe to drop, but it never did! I worried for nothing. It was easy, and everything they said, they were honest from start to finish.”

“We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Opendoor. From the first phone call to the closing. We got offers and spoke with 4 of the major similar house buying companies and Opendoor gave us the best offer and required the least repairs. They were always very responsive and thorough in their responses. They even let us move forward the closing by a month with no hesitation. If we ever move again we will absolutely be using Opendoor again!!”

“Opendoor is a great company with wonderful employees. My family and I just sold our home to Opendoor and the process was just as they advertised. From beginning to my closing, everyone was so helpful and courteous. The only regret I have is not selling to them sooner. It would have saved so much time, money, and a whole lot of stress. I am a real customer and Opendoor did not offer me anything to write this. I am doing so because my family and I are very Thankful to have found Opendoor. Big big thanks to our reps Eric and Caitlin for all their help and kindness. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking to sell and hopefully I will do business with them in the near future. “I had a great experience with open door. I changed my closing 3 times and it wasn’t a problem at all for them. I love the fact I didn’t have to keep my place clean for showings, while I was packing to leave. I even got my cash deposited on the day of the final walk through. I would use open door again if I planned on selling another place.”

“The sale of our house was straight forward. They made an offer (basing on the neighborhoods selling price value). Processing is swift and professional. The inspectors are knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It took us only a month to sell our house!!!! After closing from the title company, the funds were. wired to our account within a few hours!!! Open Door is a trust worthy company and great to do business with them !!!”

“I heard about it and I was curious about the offer I might be getting. I answered all the questions and provided my personal information as requested. I received an email stating they were not buying my type of a house. Really ??? Waste of time and the website should have stated what kind of houses they were interested in.”

“From the day we received our introductory letter from OpenDoor our experience has been first-tate, expedient, and professional. Our OpenDoor contact, Lisa McGill, worked with us through every step of the process along with Joan Sloyer of the local Midtown Property Law. This allowed for the entire house selling process to occur in a little less than one month. Doing business with OpenDoor was an absolute pleasure. Josie and Kenneth Cutler”

“I recently purchased a home for my parents using Open Door. The fact that I was able to gain access to the house easily and FaceTime them to “show” them around from their out of state location was so helpful to them in making a decision. From the first look through closing, the process was smooth and timely. This was the easiest home purchase I’ve ever been a part of!”

“Although it was a fairly easy process to sell my home to and buy one from OD there was some confusing parts. I will say that they will negotiate but you have to be on your P's and Q's throughout the process. I had to keep track of everything myself because I didn't always feel like they had my best interest at heart. Have to review the closing numbers carefully to make sure you're getting what was promised. I had to have them correct a few of the numbers or fight for what was promised. I had to continually remind them I was doing the trade in program. There were a lot of different contacts so that was confusing knowing who to ask about what. Overall I do recommend OD but they just need to button up some things with their process.”

“The best way to buy your new home! We were able to tour homes on our own without any pressure. When we found the perfect home for us, the process was easy! In minutes we were contacted by a member of your team and by that evening, we had our offer in. The. Next afternoon the sellers accepted and we were on our way to buying our 1st home. I have been telling all of my family and friends that their dreams of owning a home is easy with Opendoor!”
