“Everyone from Opendoor that we dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We ran into a few snags( not involving Opendoor) and they worked with us to clear them up. The offer for our house was fair and the whole process was made very easy with the help of the Opendoor professionals!”

“Opendoor was good as advertised. Very easy to use with everything. I closed in 9 days from start to finish. Pricing was fair and takes the hassle out of showings and paying someone more money. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I dealt with Melissa Opendoor and Kellie OSN the title company. Kellie was unbelievable on getting paperwork done as was Melissa. Highly recommend and would do it again if needed.”

“My wife and I have a little one so selling traditionally sounded really difficult. Luckily opendoor gave us a decent offer, and the transaction was easy, seamless and all around a great experience! I would recommend to anyone looking to sell on your schedule and not worry about showings or anything!”

“I am very happy and please with the entire experience from the first call to the closing date. This experience if you don't want to deal with a real estate agent is the best way to go. Zoom your house, next day someone came out took pictures. I had an offer within an hour and was pleased”

“Their initial offer is to get your hopes up. Then they come in and low ball the first offer. And claim the house house needs a lot of work. They told me over 30,000.00 worth of work. I have a new kitchen, new floors , brand new A/C new paint inside and out. They prey on people who are in a desperate situation. Don't know how they sleep at night. Only reason I considered them was my buyer backed out of sale at last minute. And I figured let's try Open Door.”

“The experience was great with opendoor at first. When it came to closing you have to be out at 11:59 pm the day before the actual close date. This is in the contract but I dont know how they get around state laws for that. We ended up staying until 6 am the next morning but they did say it could delay closing. The only other big issue I have is the repair cost estimate. We sold the house and 2 weeks later its on the market for 32k more and which I don't mind at all. I just know they didn't spend what there repair cost estimate was based on the pictures. I also remember the agent telling me if the repairs came in lower its possible we might get money back. It's after closing now so I don't see that happening. The one other thing was we left our electric on and when I called they said if you could please leave it on until day 3 after closing to give it time to transfer. I called back after the weekend and no transfer was in process and they said I should have canceled it right away. In closing I think if you call the customer service number there not as knowledgeable as there expert so make sure you talk to that person at all times if they're available. I don't think I will be using them again.”

“We got a really good offer for our home. The whole process is truly hassle free. Everything we were told up front is exactly what happened. Savannah was absolutely wonderful. She was very responsive and made the experience seamless. Highly recommend Opendoor!”
