“The customer service was phenomenal. Every time I had a question, a real person from opendoor was easy to reach. Opendoor offered a fair price for our home and made the process of selling our house very easy! They set up everything in an efficient, convenient way. With all of the hassle that comes with moving, they made the process of selling our home as easy as possible. Would absolutely sell with them again.”

“Well, an absolute highly professional experience. The entire team from beginning to end were helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed. Rachel was quite the classy Lady yhay guided is in the beginning with grace. Later we encountered LeAnn to manage through closing. LeAnn was matter of fact and genuine in her interactions with us. “Selling to Opendoor due to a cross-country move was a relatively simple process and Opendoor was very accommodative to a change in closing due to a renovation delay. Our sale/move was unfortunately complicated due to medical issues and a traditional take-your-time selling process was not an option. Opendoor was our only viable option and they were understanding of our situation which reduced mental stress. It was a blessing to have Opendoor.”

“The process seemed simple and was, but...... I never got to talk to the same person more than once, nor in the same state. The repair cost (to be deducted from my proceeds) was a pat $20k. When I inquired as to what the $20k was, yet another employee fumbled around, stating it was for flooring and HVAC, never looking that all flooring has been replaced 2 years ago and the 2 A/C units were less than 5 years old. It got too frustrating fighting a large system, with no point person. I felt like a cog in a machine. Agreed that this is a large company, but very little personal approach. I declined their "final offer" just in time, and went with a conventional realtor. Glad I did.”

“We received a prompt and very fair no-obligation offer from Opendoor that worked out exceptionally well with our current situation. We accepted the offer without having to deal with any home showings or inspection/price haggling and the whole process went smoothly and stress-free as we could choose the closing date that worked best with our schedule and could even adjust it as necessary within a certain timeframe. The communication and dashboard interface was top notch and our customer experience personnel were very professional and courteous ensuring all our needs/questions were addressed. Overall the whole process went better than expected and we are very pleased with doing business with Opendoor and would recommend them to anyone that could benefit from their services. Sure, we could have maybe sold our home for a little more profit but the convenience factor played a huge role in our decision to work with Opendoor and they did not disappoint! :) Thank you to all the Opendoor team members we worked with, you made it an enjoyable experience and we appreciate all your assistance. “Loved selling with Opendoor! They were fast, fair, and flexible when we wanted to sell rather than rehab a rental home. I'd have given 5 stars except that the day I closed on that sale I requested an offer on my primary home and THAT offer was not nearly as useful. It was a typical lowball offer, so I shopped it around to other buyers, I want a fast and easy sale. I really wanted to use Opendoor again, but Offerpad beat their offer on the 2nd house by a good bit, even with me being a repeat customer.”

“Buyers beware, do not do business with Opendoor. They do not honor any deals made. I had a final offer from opendoor and accepted within the 7 day timeframe given. However, they had the nerve to tell me they need to are giving me another offer which is $15,000 below what I agreed to. They are not in the business of doing good faith business. They just want to jerk people around. they completely wasted my time…”
