“Buyers beware, do not do business with Opendoor. They do not honor any deals made. I had a final offer from opendoor and accepted within the 7 day timeframe given. However, they had the nerve to tell me they need to are giving me another offer which is $15,000 below what I agreed to. They are not in the business of doing good faith business. They just want to jerk people around. they completely wasted my time…”

“Overall it was a smooth process in selling with open door, a simple video walk through of our house was all it took to get an estimate and have our house sold, without any showings in under a week. This allowed us to use the proceeds for our new home immediately!”

“The entire experience fit our needs perfectly. We were building a new home and the closing date for that new home was 9 months away but we were able to remove the stress of trying to sell before the new home was built. Also, the closing date for the new home changed three times and were able to change the sell date of our home easily. Late checkout is a game changer as it allowed us time to move out and in to the new home without having to place things into storage and have to stay in a hotel.”

“My husband and I are both licensed real estate agents, but we needed to remove that hat and just be sellers for the sale of our home. He was relocating for his work, and we had a date to be at the next assignment. Working with Melissa, provided us the opportunity to set our closing date, and focus on moving to the next house. “Hi I was a first time home seller selling my house. I didn’t know anything about the process. Opendoor was very helpful in explaining all the processes that I needed to go through. They made it very simple and they were always helpful when I called with any questions. I really appreciate Landon and Alex. Opendoor is the way to go if you want to sale.”

“Opendoor provided us with a wonderful experience in selling our home. Everything went according to plan just like they explained it would. They offered us a fair price and we didn’t have to go thru the hassle of showing our property on multiple occasions or deal with any repairs that were needed. The closing was scheduled and happened on our timeline. All questions that we had were answered promptly and everyone that we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. All and all a great experience! We will recommend to all of our family and friends that are in the market to sell or buy their home.”
