“Opendoor was amazing. I can’t believe how easy the entire process was. The other companies I talked to wanted me to do all the work and they collected the fees. With Opendoor, Allison and the title company did everything. Now I am off to Nashville to be with my new grandbaby!”

“Open door will lowball you up to 30% below market value. Dont use this service unless you are desperate to sell. We were lowballed over $100k below asking price and comps. Of course we did not sell and decided to stay in our home. If you decline their offer, they will sell your data to investors and you will we greeted by thousands (not kidding, thousands) of phone calls from investors hoping to rip you off. STAY AWAY UNLESS DESPERATE AND YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR EQUITY”

“They are professional but when it comes down to it they squeeze customers to maximize their profits. I went this route due to time constraints. I was offered 253k while the estimated value was 273k. They also said the home needed 19k worth of repairs. Let's not forget about the 5% fee they charge regardless. I recently saw the home listed for 300k and what looked like very minimal repairs done to the home. Opendoor carpet cleaned the carpet they said needed replacing. Corrupt organization maximizing profits at the customers expense. Would not go this route unless last resort.”

“Opendoor truly made the selling process quick and simple. I was not interested in listing with a realtor nor having people coming and going from my home for viewings. For me, Opendoor was exactly what I needed. I was offered a fair price and I felt comfortable accepting their offer. I would recommend Opendoor when you want to avoid the hassles of listing, hiring a realtor and viewings.”

“Uploaded information about my house that I am planning to sell. The house is located in the Richmond area. They sent the initial offer and set up a video meeting. Received text messages and advertising emails prior the video meeting. Gabby came on the meeting and informed me that they are currently not purchasing homes in the Richmond area. I have no issue that they do not want to purchase the home, but they should not of brought me through the process, if they are not looking to purchase homes in the Richmond area. We both could have saved time. Update: called customer service and they said they ARE making offers in the area. Open door is looking into the issue?”

“honest upfront and to the point. I needed to move fast on a home purchase and the ability to pick a closing date and get paid to move into my next home was awesome. The money from the sale was in my account the next day after signing with notary who came to me with all paperwork and witness. The convenience is unmatched.”

“Opendoor worked out perfectly for us and our situation. Communication was top-notch! Our Experience Partner was always available by phone, and promptly returned emails. We had the timeline needed to get into our new home. The offer, acceptance and checkout all went super smooth. Everything was explained well, with full transparency. There was built-in value in using Opendoor, and we recommend them over traditional real estate services.”

“Very positive experience from initial quote to closing. There were no surprises. Everything was explained well. Very convenient. We closed with Opendoor on the house we were selling, closed the next day on our new home, and moved from one house to the other.”

“Opendoor Tim Wiel text email OS National Aliza Babigian email They kept us in the loop through the process of selling our condo and putting funds in our account. Everything was done online. Convenient with everything in writing. Be sure to ask lots of ?s regarding HOA fees for paperwork. That was the only surprise.”
