“Great experience from beginning to end. We had so many delays on our new house build, which delayed our closing with Opendoor. But our specialist, Klayton, was always patient and accommodating with us.”

“I was recently sold a house april of 2022 and it was not disclosed that the house was on a septic system and of course the system is failing. How do you not disclose what kind of sewer system the house has this is pure negligence. I’m it looking at a minimum of 20k to replace the system.”

“Opendoor made a fair market value offer for my home which I accepted. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The overall process was so much easier than my past experience when selling a home. No realtor estate agents to deal with and no prospective buyers moving about my home. “Opendoor really helped my family sell our home quickly for a fair price. We didn’t want to fix anything nor did we want to wait for others closing to go through. We chad a conference call on June 4th and closed on July 1st. Thanks Opendoor for making the process so easy and efficient.”

“Opendoor made the sale of my mom’s home so easy. The offer was good and did not change during the process. Our transactions were online which made things very convenient for my 87 yo mom. Last, but certainly not least, their service was awesome. I totally recommend Opendoor to anyone looking for a fast and hassle free way to sell a property.”

“Honestly, it was such a great experience. It seemed smoother when we bought or sold houses in the past. It was hassle-free, a higher offer than other competing companies and we had the flexibility to choose our closing date (which helped us out a lot and relieve a lot of stress since we were moving across the country and didn't have a place to stay if we closed sooner). We would definitely consider using Opendoor again in the future, and would recommend it to friends if they were selling as well! Thank you for the great experience Opendoor, we appreciate it.”

“Our experience partner did a fantastic job with handling the sale of our home. This entire process was so seamlessly done, I am in awe! Opendoor - please keep doing what you guys are doing - this is revolutionary. We are relocating to NJ from NV and the home selling process was stressing us out very much. “I was skeptical at first. Offer was more than my realtor said we would get. Offer process was quick. We picked our closing date. We didn't have to have showings or keep the house perfect like you would with selling on the MLS. CLOSING was done online when it was convenient for us. You don't get that with traditional closing. We would do this again in the future”
