“it is so good to see people are reading these reviews about OPODO/EDREAMMS and after reading them they decide not to book with this scam company it is the only way to stop them DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH OPODO/EDREAMS they have scammed and robbed so many people thank you to this site for exposing this scam i am still waiting after 2 years for my refund they are thieves”

“Received confirmation via the app that my flights were booked for my family holiday. But then when I went to cancel my Opodo prime membership, discovered that the outgoing flight was not confirmed due to the payment being declined. Which was not true because Opodo had taken the full amount from my credit card 14 days prior. Only the return flight was confirmed (what’s the point of that?) yet Opodo kept the full amount for all flights and only initiated a refund once I’d queried the status of the booking. I will never use them again. Theives.”

“Stay away from these thieves!! They sold us tickets to a flight that never existed and they ruined 3 days of our vacation that costed us 2,000 dlls and we have not yet received our money back. They make everything to delay and make you loose your patience. Once on a phone call the opodo guy on the other end of the line made me wait 30 minutes ( 18 euros) and never sent me anything. The government should shut these bandits down!!!!! They are shameless!! I am still waiting for my money. I wont let go!!!”

“Opoodo never again, one star too many Opodo Prime amount 74.99 euros was deducted from my paypal account without my will and consent! As part of my booking of a flight, I did not agree to pay 74.99 euros because no options were displayed for Opodo Prime, so the customer can choose or ignore his wishes. Everything happens behind the Opodo Process This payment was not shown transparently during the booking and no strong customer authentication was required for this payment. The consumer can therefore only see the paid booking of a flight, but not the purchase of a paid "Opodo Prime" membership at the same time. She also does not respond to emails or phone calls for confirmation of termination after 12 months”

“Never got a refund of my cancelled flight. The claim status even dissapeared from my account. I called Singapore Airlines to ask for a follow up, and after cheking my flight status, they confirmed nobody claimed for a refund and that my flight was "open". Can we all report Opodo to the consumer protection of UK? They shouldn't be operating if they are scammers. I have just did it, and if we all do it we will be louder. Thank you.”

“Hello, we’ve spent the last two days trying to get a confirmation email for our booking, but every time we are told we need the booking reference that can be found on our confirmation email, which we don’t have. We can’t call the help centre because they also need the booking reference, which is in the confirmation email. What can we do???!!”

“Absolute joke. Paid for opodo prime without even knowing it. When they give you the price and tell you what you save. When finally paying the amount it tells you the price has changed and you pay more than all the other sites!!! Please don't get sucked in like we did 😣”

“I have had the worst experience dealing with Opodo. They are a bunch of SWINDLERS, FRAUDSTERS and CHARLATANS. They expect me to wait 50 minutes before I can talk to an agent. They deduct 20% from the original payment for cancellation and they also tell me that I have to wait 3 months for a part payment refund. Yet they take less than 1 minute to take money from my account. They try to force my to download their app to see the progress of my refund. This is all not necessary and totally unacceptable. Please, Please avoid these charlatans at any cost, if you value your sanity.”

“CRIMINAL COMPANY - STAY AWAY!! THE DESERVE TO GO BANKRUPT THEY CANCELLED MY TRIP ANDTHEN DIDNT REFUND ME - TOOK ME MONTHS TO GET REFUND ANF THAT I GOT IN TWO INSTALLMENTS. AM AWAITING LAST £300 TO BE REFUNDED - HAVE SPOKEN TO 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON 7 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS ALL PROMISED ME REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED IN 3 -5 DAYS STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN PROCESSED. I HONESTLY WOULD NOT SHED A TEAR IF SOMEONE PHYSICALLY HARMED A OPODO EMPLEYEE THE COMPANY IS A JOKE - STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SANITY WHEVER UNS THAT COMPANY DESERVES TO GET RUN OVER BY A VERY SLOW MOVING BUS”

“I booked a flight from Spain to Chile, it got cancelled in September 2021 and 10 months after than and billions of calls and emails, I still do not have any refund. The call service blamed others and started postponing the refund relying on my patience. They treated me as a fool and have not shown any intention of moving for my money or interest. The worst travel company ever!!”
