Just a joke no reply on the phones and cannot cancel a flight that has been cancelled by the airline. What a joke of a company

With booking number 5069543656, they replied to my email, there were changes in price. From 79.1 pounds to 81 pounds. I tried calling their numbers that i end up spending much because it is international call. Pls refund me and cancel the flight i booked. Help me pls

They are not picking up their calls, can’t contact them at all. I have to go back to my credit card company to get a refund, so I happy I paid via credit card.

Last "call" with customer service today (27.03) 3h and no joy!!! “Received an email stating my flight was canceled by the airline. Need to contact Opodo within 48 hours. Can't reach anyone at customer service. Calls are rejected everytime!!!”

I'm not recommend for Nobody!!! No joy at all! Like a joke, 48 hours call a line or what? Does anyone have any luck with refund or at least feedback from Opodo e.g. annual refund confirmation email? "In case your flight has been affected or cancelled, you will receive an email soon with instructions on what to do. You will be able to arrange alternative travel arrangements or request a refund. Be aware that most cancellations will happen close to the departure date." "Dear customer We have been notified by your airline of a major schedule change. Cancelled my flight,sent an email that says I have to contact them. Its impissible-they reject my calls.Horrible company. First few times they put me on hold for 1-2 hours... and now just reject. ref:4877377839

Still confiming my flight even tho airline has canceled. Your chat bot does not have correct options, so you are totally avoiding flight cancellations.

One star is pushing it. Absolute nightmare, could not get more difficult if it tried. No contact number on the website so I had to google it; for them to hang up on me when I rang. All of my flights were cancelled, I got emails from the airlines, however none of this was updated on the Opodo app or wesbite - according to them, everything was fine. The airlines were happy to refund me, however this had to be done through thebooking agent. When I tried to use the chatbot, it said my request could not be done online so told me to talk to an agent - for it to then tell me the UK contact center is unavailable with no further information. Worst site I have ever used and will never use again. I will be lucky if I get the refunds the airlines say I am entitled to because it is near impossible to get any real help. Save yourself the stress and never use opodo.

Flights are canceled do to COVID-19, but it is impossible to get in contact with any agents or even send them an email.

My opodo booking reference is 5069543656. I booked it March 27, 2020(today) phuket-singapore. It is stated that “your booking will be confirmed shortly” but i have been waiting couple of hours already. If opodo will not do anything with this, i will be fined overstay here in thailand and i have limited money left. Pls help me

Flights have been cancelled by airlines,no notification from opodo or airline flight was scheduled for Monday, opodo still allowing you to check in. Can't get a refund online says you have to phone, been trying to phone for 3 days got through today and been on hold for 3 hours. Worst experience ever.

My flights booking reference Is 4918126052 due 27/03/20 and I’ve been trying to get in contact since 21 March but no ones attending the call and I’m unable to get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Would rate 0* if I could. Trying to get a refund on our flights that we can't make due to movement restrictions in Malaysia. On hold for nearly four hours, they answered and put us back on hold... Genuinely awful service.

I have spent the last 5 days on the phone 6hrs a day on hold and when you finally get through they put you on hold again worst customer service ever will not be using them again please read this and don't use them ever you have been warned

Same experience as everyone else. Impossible to reach via all channels. Just burning your travel money will get you the same results as booking with osocrapdo, but with less stress and bother.

You are the worst company we have ever dealt with . Stuck in newZealand u have no English speaking advisors available 2 days now . No email still to say out flight was cancelled on April 1st . You would not help us as our flight weed not within 7 days. I could go on but I’m not wasting my time . Will never ever use this company again . When we get back not finished with you taking things as far as we can .

Booked for Mauritius from uk. My flights fue on 28.03.20 and of course no answer I have tried several times and 2 days ago up to 6hrs,!!! Beyond ridiculous and yesterday someone picked up and muted me!!! What kind of customer service is this,!!! Never again called Emirates and was told only travel agent could do refund or vouchers! But no luck waste of time and money

Ive been trying opodo since the end of February. More recently three times a day between the online chat and calling. Your company stated it is 247 customer support. I tried today at 6.30am, I was still cut off!! Calling over a hour. Your online the robot Kris tells you, English customer service team are not available. I also understand its a different time but you should have a time which responds according to the date of travel. I'm due to travel this Sunday. I am aware our flights ard cancelled as I have contacted the airline directly. Why has there been no Communication at all. My app interary hasn't changed either. Disgusting service!!! 😡
