I bought my mother a pair of gloves for her birthday and the battery arrived broken (unable to be charged). They didn't allow a return, just told me about the 1 year warranty on the battery and said they would exchange the battery. It was embarrassing to give a gift that was defective out of the box, especially given the price. Customer service has been slow and ineffective. Will never buy from them again.

Don’t think you want this review, I bought a gift card and received a lower amount gift card and have been ghosted for a wk. but on the plus side the vest I got last year is awesome

I never received my vest though Ororo says I did. Despite numerous phone calls and emails no one ever got in touch with me to try to figure it out and get me what I paid for. I sent ring videos showing I didn’t receive it, etc. worst experience with a company ever. Would never order anything again.

Worn only once but expect to use it frequently. So far worked as advertised. Was given the gloves as a gift last year and they are excellent.

The gloves arrived in a timeframe specified by Ororo. The batteries do not maintain the heat considering the gloves are meant for outdoor activities. There is no heat in the fingers which I had expected from the photo at ororo. This is the second product that arrived without the electrical plug connection to charge the batteries. I would not recommend these gloves.

Vest works well, but ordered a men's large and received a women's large instead. Luckily it fits my husband but the zipper is backwards.

I have had two of the ORORO vests and absolutely love them, my only complaint is the control switch quit working on my first vest, and Ororo offers no replacement parts. The second vest that I ordered just doesn't seem to heat as controlled as my old one..., but all in all I will keep buying these vests because I love the olive green and the vest itself.

I ordered batteries, they were shipped UPS…. I have yet to receive them as they were shipped back. I don’t know why they were not delivered as deliveries are brought here daily…. But I would not use UPS to deliver anything!!!

I sized the gloves according to what you have on your website and the glove liner and the glove are extremely small and tight. I bought a pair of your socks and they go all the way to my knee and I don’t know how I’m going to control the heat temperature if the control is all the way up at my kneecap and the I have pants on.

I ordered the heated gloves and I'm not impressed! I thought they would be warmer , especially for the price I paid for them. My $20 gloves keep my hands just as warm as the heated gloves do 🙄. I also ordered a heated coat and I'm hoping that's better than the gloves.

The glove liners you sent me were WAY too small and too tight. I have bought many ororo products, love them and will likely buy more but these these items missed the mark by a wide margin.
