“Ordered too many batteries for my raincoat and thankfully everyone was very helpful from returning to refunding. It could have been a bumpy process because I’m not tech savvy but they guided me with patience. It turned out to be a smooth experience. And I love my raincoat!!!”

“So I’ll start by saying this I just bought 6 jackets within a week, I had one that was too small and one a little to big. Now when I say I hate dealing with customer service because they typically suck I mean it, but Ororo has the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with 100 out of 10 stars for sure. I want to say these jackets are awesome and the team at Ororo has my business for life!!!”
