“The jackets warm, but that battery provided only last an hour on its lowest setting. Terribly disappointing as a gift for my infinitely cold wife.”

“Very professional customer service. Had to replace my vest battery after five years of use. Help with replacement made things very easy. Now works like new again. Would like advice on where to recycle the old battery. Would be great if ORORO accepted them back.”

“I absolutely love my heated vest. I will be wearing this everyday until April. It makes winters in NH easy and I expect I will end up with the jacker and all ther other wonderful products to make the winter cozy and warm. Thank you such a great product, if you are considering the heated vest, consider this the last thing you need to read prior to buying this product, you won't regret it!!! PS great for walking dogs!”

“Originally too small, the return and exchange for a larger size was so unbelievably simple. This is our 3rd purchase from Ororo. We had an issue with a battery one time and they were also so amazing and helpful to work with. We love our heated gear from Ororo”

“Very comfortable. Much better than another heated vest from another mfg. Also sytlish. Very happy with this vest. Only improvement would be a less bulky battery, but that is common in these vests.”

“Comfortable and works well but Sizing is very far off. I am much smaller than the model in the picture who is wearing a medium and the vest is so snug and short on me.”
