“I love Ororo! They have a great variety of heated apparel. Great customer service, fast shipping. And great quality items! My oldest heat vest is 7 yrs old and still going strong (compared to other brands that I have used that only lasted 1 or 2 seasons)”

“I bought this vest for my husband who is extremely sensitive to cold. After a few fits and starts with shipping, the vest finally arrived. Customer service was very helpful in getting it all sorted. My husband is just now starting to use the vest and so far he loves it. I'm sure it will be his constant companion as our cold weather sets in.”

“The first jacket was shipped to the wrong address wrong state wrong everything along with a battery that I purchased for extra they made it right kind of I had to pay for shipping of the new jacket that they screwed up and when I got everything, a jacket and the battery the battery did not charge I would not recommend this jacket at all.”

“I’m disappointed the original battery only lasted two years. On the other hand, the service reps I contacted were polite and helpful in helping purchase a good replacement. I love my vest and wear it frequently during winter months.”

“I already had the hoodie and I purchased this coat because I needed more wind and water protection. I can't get over how much warmer the coat is even without the heat on, and it's not very bulky. Very pleased with the product.”

“Managed to get a secondhand ororo jacket and fell in love. Already bought my wife, my boss, and coworker a heated vest as they all run on the cooler side. Even as open box items you would never know they aren't new. Everything looked great and fit perfectly. Can't say how happy I am ororo offers an outlet section to keep heated gear affordable!”
