Products work but customer service is awful. They forgot to send me the charging block for my jacket and say you need to use a specific one not to destroy the battery pack. I’ve reached out via their Google form, phone number, and email and no one’s gotten back to me after a week.

I did not receive the vest I ordered even though it was marked delivered and the customer service team was great to work with! After submitting a claim with UPS and talking with the local driver the ororo company promptly sent a replacement package and I received it before Christmas so I could put it under the tree!

Good quality vest. Works great. Runs large which is probably actually what normal is in America. We tend to run large.

ORORO customer service exceeded my expectations over a mailing issue of my purchase. Their apology was not necessary for a mailing delay that was beying thier control. But they expedited a secong mailing insuring arrival of my product. I purchased 3 of thier heating products and they have performed exceptionally for more than that 5 years. I am frequently asked my clothing lights up, and I brag about my ororo products and thier warmth.

I ordered a heated vest in mid November. A few weeks later I received an email that the package was lost and you no longer had the color I wanted in stock. A few days later I received notice that all was good and I’d be getting my original order. I even checked with the company and they said all was good. Now I find out they can’t send me the order and are out of all colors so my only choice was to order something else or get a refund. This was the first and will be the last time I deal with your company. Now, right before Christmas, I am going to have to find something else for my son.

Vest is very nice and warm without the heat turned on. Very warm with the heat on. Walked today in 30 degree weather with a sweatshirt on over the vest.

While it takes a while for the coat to warm up in whole, after wearing for an hour the right arm never warmed.

Order was shipped with out batteries and charger. Jacket was a birthday gift for my wife she yet to wear the jacket. Batteries and charger supose to arrive today.

I absolutely love Ororo products and cannot imagine a New England winter outside. I have horses & dogs and often work outside as a mixed practice vet tech. I now have two heated vests, a heated down coat, a heated regular coat and the socks. I ALMOST got the heated scarf on an outlet sale but it went out of stock before I could make the purchase. I have battered my vests - I have worn them almost every winter day for years now and they hold up quite well. I have one battery that will no longer charge but I'm okay with that. If you are tempted, do yourself a favor and check the heating zones. Get one with the heated area around the neck, body AND pockets! My new one was a sale coat with only heated upper chest and back (I knew there were no heated pockets or neck section) and if I didn't layer it over my vest with the heated multiple zones, I'd be sad! Cannot recommend enough.

Pre-purchase advise oj product sizing was helpful, inlcuidng invitation to order two sizes and return the one that didn't fit. Receipt of credit for return took a few days, but all came out well.

Jacket came with a small battery that will only charge half way..Purpose is to force you to spend $100.00 to buy a standard battery.so you can have a warm jacket. NO MORE.
