“The heating is great. The style is good. The battery weight is way too heavy and bulky. Surely you could find a better battery solution.”

“The Orono group did a great job. I had to return vests twice due to sizing issues, not on the vest but on me ordering a vest for my wife. The return process was simple and return of credit was timely.”

“I have had this vest for 1 month now. It appears to be a good quality and very well built vest. I purchased this to wear when I donate platelets at the local blood center. For those not familiar, platelet donation does make you very cold. At my most recent donation I started with the vest on medium but a little more than half way through I switched it to high. This reduced the Cold feeling to a minor chill making the donation much more comfortable. I have also worn it outside on chilly evenings it is great at keeping me warm without the need for a bulky jacket. It is very comfortable to wear and looks great. 1 Criticism, Their advertising does not state anywhere that this is made in China. You only learn that from a small label sewn inside the vest.”

“Bought the vest for my wife, first one was a tad too small, so I had to return it for a Medium. No problem with the return, received the new one in less than a week. I am not wearing it, so I can't speak for the product, but it does seem like nice a quality product. My wife was wearing around our house last night after we charged the battery and she loves it already.”

“No, Velcro closures around the wrist cuffs and no draw cord around the waist. Makes this coat a very low performer. However, the quality of the material seems very good. Just wish it had to draw cord and cuff closures.”

“I have not received my heated vest which was to be delivered 1 week ago. I have received 2 emails... from humans?I do not know. It seems my order was lost in transit. Please fix this issue and thank you for your help. I was promised delivery 1 week ago and since then the communication has been slow and feels like AI or computers are responding to me.”
