Horrible!! They sent me the wrong item and have not refunded me!!! Customer service if aweful! They don't respond or solve the issue and now they are trying to steal my money! Criminals!

Great gifts as this is easy to get, great price, great packaging, and always a big hit! I have bought many vests and coats from Ororo. Solid company and always a great experience!

I received tracking that says my (2) items would be delivered by December 3rd. They didn’t arrive as expected. I get a win Wednesday DECEMBER 10, saying on item is no longer available. How is that possible? The color of jacket is also no longer available so I had to choose a different one. I needed expidited shipping and apparently only getting it for one. It took customer service 2 days to get back to me on December 12 and nothing was offered to satisfy my requests. I expected better from yall. For my troubles I expect extra batteries to be send. This is horrible customer service; bait and switch tactics and not listening to your customer. I’ll tell people about this experience.

I received a heated vest for Christmas three years ago. Days before my 3 year warranty expired, my vest stopped working and I reached out to support to see if I could fix the issue. They quickly offered to send a new vest and were very thorough with instructions. My new vest works just the same and I wear it almost daily throughout the year - my office is freezing cold, and it's more hands-free than a blanket! I think a heated vest is an ultimate gift to give or get, so I recommend it to everyone.

I recd a vest for Christmas last year but didn’t use it last winter. Got it out this fall for Packer games, love it. Ordered one for a relative, same one, but was disappointed not receiving battery charger (mine had one). I did reach out and recd an answer, but was still a bit disappointed. I do like the vest and am happy with it. Great for cold weather

First bought the hoodie for my husband through a second party then contacted company directly to buy additional batteries. They are an awesome company fast service great product, and they stand by their items will always buy directly from them.!

I am”Really enjoying my vest. It is very comfortable and definitely makes a difference and maintaining warmth.. my daughter and my primary care physician both suggested that I get one and I am so happy that I did. The battery seems to take a very long time to charge, but because I have two batteries it is not a problem or I am delighted with my purchase. It was my Christmas present to myself this year.

Bought these for deer hunting. Charged them up twice for hunting. Twice the battery was dead with in ten min. Likely defective. Will try and return.

I am pleased with vest however, the battery does not stay charged for long and I received a battery and cord takes over 4 hours to charge the battery and the battery and charger gets really hot

I never received the 2 items I ordered, something happened where shipping label was created but it was never picked up. Still holding out hope I get it but since I ordered off the clearance and they were two items that were open box I bet they just cancel my order instead of doing right and giving me a brand new item of what I ordered. I reached out to customer service and they got back but after confirming my address I have yet to hear back again. Ive had good experiences in the past but this was not one of them, still hoping they make it right

Bought my wife this Ororo jacket for when she is watching my grandson play Ice Hockey. She finds it to be a good quality jacket that keeps her cosy and warm. She also finds it good as an excellent jacket for every day wear even when not using the heating function it still keeps the chill at bay. Thank you Ororo, happy wife happy life. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love my new vest - cozy and warm and attractive. My daughter's house in Montreal is always COLD, but I will be fine this Christmas wearing my vest. I do wish that the charge lasted longer.

My daughter lives in Minnesota in extreme cold & loves her long heated vest that I purchased for an early Christmas gift for her. She wears it daily to work & when going outside anywhere. She was so happy with it, I bought her another for Christmas! This is one year that she is so happy with her gifts & I am thrilled that she is warm!!
