One of the jackets does not heat up. With a completely charged battery, it powers on then shuts down before heating up. Its not the typical auto cycling, it NEVER warms up.

Very good quality jacket. Heats very quickly and works so well you can't keep on high heat very long.

I purchased a vest from the Ororo outlet online. I read the 'no returns or exchanges' policy, and I understand that. However, I own an Ororo vest and purchased a new one in that size, only to receive one that was way too small, even though I ordered one according to the Ororo fitment guide. Ororo will not let me return it, though their fitment guide is inaccurate. I am very disappointed as I am now stuck with a vest that does not fit.

Bought a couple of items off their site. One of the items was a Final Sale item. So I made sure to take my measurements and pick the size that was supposed to be within my range. Got the item and it is pretty big. It was a heated vest. $129.99. I picked a medium seeing as I wear medium in shirt. The size chart had me at a medium which I was actually bigger than their size chart. I contact the company via email and got no assistance saying it was final sale and there’s no exchanges/refunds. Normally would be fine but I just wanted the exact same item just smaller and it was their size chart that was off. I was a first time buyer and I just went with my personal measurements. Still no assistance there. The vest is so big I can’t feel the back of the vest where the warmer is. I’m just in awe that no assistance or exception could be made for a first time buyer. It’s not like there’s a store for me to try on items. Really sad because I bought this for a Japan trip and a friend recommended me to this company. The sweater I bought for my husband fit him just fine.

I received a battery that did not work. After a lot of communication and test they wanted me to do. They finally told me to return the battery and they will replace it a second battery is coming at two does not work. I think these new batteries must have some basic fault. I have never tried the vest since I don't have a working battery. This is very frustrating because I've been pleased with other Ororo vests in the past.

Ordered the wrong size. Between the exchange the item went on sale. The communication, exchange and credit went flawless. I’d definitely recommend Ororowear for quality, price and customer service.

Jacket is good condition however disappointing it didn’t come with a battery. Also the battery takes forever to charge and doesn’t even last me a day of on Off usage. I may try a different brand for gloves

This recent order was not what I expected -- the plug for the vest where it meets the battery does not stay firm in the battery so the vest does not heat up. this is my second order, first was last year #651037. I tested the battery from that order and it works fine with the hoodie and new vest, so the defect is in the battery. I tried to initiate a return but since it was a final sale purchase I am not able to do so.

Meh. I bought this muff because I vend at street fairs and outdoor events. I'm in San Francisco so I don't have to deal with snow. I really thought this would answer all my problems but it's not warm enough. The lowest setting is barely getting any job done. So you need it on the highest setting to feel like its working and the battery takes hours to charge. I have to charge it everyday since I have to use the highest setting. I'm contemplating returning it. It does work, but it's a hassle to feel like I'm fussing with it, especially for the price. If I keep it I might buy the second battery just so I don't have to worry about the battery life but I hate that this is a extra expense for a product that I'm fussing over. It is well made, but I just wish it was warmer

Really nice jacket, it has a very soft shell and repels water quite well. I give the jacket 5 stars for value quality and functionality. The only downside is if your on the shorter side like I am (5ft3) the jacket is quite long and the battery pack ends up sitting awkwardly on the hip. Aside from that it's the perfect warm rain coat!

My 2 year old, not abused or heavily used for that matter, zipper is malfunctioning and you are not standing behind your product, “warranty period is over”. However, a $10 coupon was offered to ease my pain/ encourage me to buy another??? Why would I?

I loved my old vest so I ordered a new fleece jacket. The coat is okay but the battery shuts off on its own, doesn't charge correctly or hold a charge once I plug it in. It was on overnight and only had 2 bars.

I have purchased several item. They are all wonderful. Keep you warm and comfortable. They have different settings for your comfort. Purchase last year and this year. And Costumer service was great when we recieved. A wrong item. It was not a problem for a return..
