My wife bought me a heated vest for Christmas in 2022. In November of this year the ON/OFF switch stopped functioning. I called ORORO customer service. They looked up the order my wife placed based on her email address in their system. I sent them pictures of the garmet. They sent me a brand new one. All I had to do is pay a $10 shipping fee. This Ladies & Gentlemen is what is called great customer service. I would recommend buying their products.

Love jacket! Battery came shipped with only 2 bars of power now only charging to1! Battery is a bad company choice.

The child's vest fits perfectly and is exactly what was wanted. The only suggestion that I have is that a charger be included like it was with my adult vest.

This is my second Ororo product and it certainly meets the same quality as my first coat. I am constantly stopped by folks who see my “glowing Ororo logo “ to ask me “where did you get that coat?!”

Really enjoy my vests. The second one is Down and is larger than the synthetic one of the same size. Customer service has been excellent when my first vest stopped working after two years!

I received the replacement coat battery in five days. Hubby's coat is three years old. He dropped the battery accidentally breaking it.

The batteries are too big and weigh too much. To hot on the neck.

I love my coat from last year but women’s jacket to bully and heavy. Also vests came in colors you would sell more.

Still awaiting my order to arrive after it was never shipped. I ordered it two weeks ago now. I really need it for being outdoors in the freezing cold here in Michigan while I am on the picket line for 90 plus days now! The least they could have done was expedite my replacement vest but they didn’t even do that.. cold jobless nurse in Michigan…

Terrible Sales Service. Bought a trial vest and then when we said that we wanted to buy 30 more they wanted double the price/Offered no bulk deal. Pricing was more expensive then the website/all over the place and response was sales was grossly slow. When we tried to call in and speed up the process it still took 2 days to hear back from "sales" I think it worked out for us in the end tho because the trial vest we got already has little loose threads coming out of the stiching and that is concerning for a new never washed product.
