Ordered a size up based on reviews and measurements. Fit well both under and over my lightweight quilted jacket. Being a barrel-shaped, obese woman, I wanted the snaps so I could unsnap the bottom when sitting.

Love the range of products offered. I got my first vest 7 years ago and it still works perfectly fine, including the original battery. I keep going back to the brand for all of my friends and familes needs. All of their products hold up great and they really stand by their products.

I just sent a message. In regards to: to battery purchased beginning Nov 2025. Battery charges two bars only no matter how long charged. I’m hoping to be able to process this.

Package did not arrive by delivery date. Also all the items in my order was not delivered, I am unsure as to why my order was split into multiple packages. I had high expectations from a brand as renowned as ORORO but I am completely dissatisfied.

I replaced my original wash bag with a new one from this site. Actually, the new one is more thought out in the sense that the zipper locks. I found my original bag(which I hated and thought lost), but it always opened up in the washer and spilled its contents. In this newer version, the zipper tucks into the bag's fabric and does not open up in the washing machine.

I cannot tell you how many vests I probably sell for you. Everytime I wear it which is a lot ppl ask me and I tell them all abou t it and tell ppl to get two batteries so that one is always fresh blah blah blah. You should probably buy me a new vest:)bc Ive had mine for years. Its the best!

Definitely not worth the cost. It's supposed to be multi zone, but I only feel heat in one small strip across the top of my shoulders.It's just not a terribly helpful item for warmth. I wouldn't buy another or recomend to anyone else.

Disappointing; feels pretty much the same, even when using the battery. Plus, the red often fades to blue, but the location of the button(s) makes them awkward to reach while walking and gloved. Should have known better to purchase this costly item.

I love my ororo vests. They always work as they should . I use them as an under layer beneath my coat and it keeps me toasty. I was disappointed that this vest did not include the plug part of the charging necessity. Luckily it is my second vest and I have the wall plug part. Please go back to including this crucial part of the total package. Without It I do not think I will buy another.

I had to replace one vest because it was faulty some months ago. The seond one was faulty. Your RETURN PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE! I contacted customer service and got an AI response that made NOT SENSE and had to send information over and over again. No matter what I wrote they wanted me to do another test. It took WEEKS to get them to OK a replace ment, and then the THIRD replacement was FAULTY and then it took weeks to get them to replace that. Still waiting for that second replacement. It's a good product WHEN IT WORKS.
