My 2nd vest has been a huge disappointment since the zipper does not work properly. It constantly gets caught and routinely takes 5-6 attempts to get it down all the way. But even more disappointing is Ororo's lack of customer service and the non-responsiveness to this issue. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing from them. I am definitely not going to purchase from them and will let people know of my experience.

Bought for my wife to use on tractor rides in parades and just in general when outside; she loves the coat and it keeps her warm and toasty. I didn't like the price and I don't like that the collar is not also heated - but - happy wife - happy life so my dislikes don't count.

Although I have not yet used the Ororo apparel, I can say that the customer service at Ororo is outstanding! They made it very easy for me to do two exchanges and 1 return, which most companies would screw up! I'm really looking forward to ski season and using this new apparel!

I love my coat with two exceptions. The first jacket i purchased from you was a small. after wearing it for some time, i realized it was rather big so i purchased your beautiful white coat in an extra small. in wearing this, i now realize i should have purchased an xxs to provide me with the heat i needed. it is rather difficult to judge when you just try it on. one has to wear it to know what is best. secondly, the battery does not last very long to keep the coat heated. this is a disappointment. however, i would recommend anyone to purchase your product but to ensure it is the corect size to provide the maximum heat.

Hi Teresa, I’m really sorry your heated fleece hasn’t arrived yet — our customer service team is already assisting and will make sure it gets resolved. Regarding the policy, open-box and final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and this is noted on the product page when purchasing. However, brand-new, unworn items with tags can be returned or exchanged, and we’ve extended our holiday return window through January 15th, 2026 for Toasty Club Members. I would love to write a review on the vest. But I would have actually had to received the order to do so. I ordered the vest over 2 weeks ago and it was never even processed to ship. I received my vest in 2 days from Amazon

I order A jacket at just under $300 on November 20, paid same day. It’s December 2nd and UPS is still waiting to receive item. I’m beginning to believe I made a mistake ordering with Ororo.

I can’t actually review this product because it has never graced my doorstep. The original item disappeared in the warehouse like it had urgent business in another dimension. The replacement? Also MIA. Apparently they’re traveling together. But hey, I did get a generous $10 discount toward my next attempt at buying something that may or may not ever ship. Customer service expedited shipping is @not an option” even if pay extra. Definitely not customer focused.

Today was the first time wearing Ororo's heated vest. It maintained the heated functions for approximately 5 hours; pretty consistent warm heat, moving from "red" to "white" and didn't move to "blue" until after apprx 3.5-4 hrs. Exactly the thin vest I hoped for that could be worn under a sweatshirt. I'll continue to wear it so I can review its warmth and consistency and hopeful rate a 5.
