Everyone who lives in a colder climate should own at least one ORORO vest or jacket! It makes being outside tolerable! Best thing EVER!

We have purchased 4 jackets and one heated hoodie over the last few years from ororo and absolutely love them! The quality of the jackets are very nice and comfortable. If you’re outside the whole day I recommend purchasing a extra battery pack as they take a few hours to recharge

These are solid mittens. They work well in the 25-35 degree range. Heat is well distributed (including the thumb)below 25 degrees they don't provide enough heat.

It works, expecially with an outer jacket, but I wish I had bought a heated jacket instead of a vest. The vest heats my core, but it is necessarily spotty where the wires are. It works about as expected.

I ordered the 4-zone classic heated jacket, had to exchange it because I was sent the 3-zone classic heated jacket, and was sent the 3-zone jacket again. This has been a frustrating process. Hopefully this second exchange will be done properly. If not I will just ask for a refund.

I am being requested by your company to write a short review. This is the second time that you have sent an email for my review. Unfortunately, since you are pushing me for a review, I will now be giving you a less than satisfactory review as I was supposed to receive my items back on Tuesday, November 25th-was on truck & to be delivered by 9 pm. It never came & the tracking was inconclusive even when I contacted the tracking company. Now it’s finally updated & I am supposed to receive it on December 5th. I realize this is out of your control, but it’s frustrating enough having your package pushed back a week and a half but then to pester me for a review (which I was waiting to post until after I finally receive the items), is kind of making my experience a negative one with your company. Please consider waiting a few weeks from when a person is scheduled to receive their item before adding emails to their inbox. It allows for delayed shipping as well as giving someone the chance to actually use your product.

I couldn't be happier with my vest. It gets pretty cold in Chicago but the wind is the worst -- it cuts right through you. And I stay comfy, too!

The heated gloves I purchased do warm up , but trying to to put them on with the battery is difficult and even if you put on the gloves without it then hook up the battery packs sucks because it’s difficult to manipulate with the gloves on. I just tried them on with our first winter storm today.
