Hi Susan, we’re truly sorry for the disappointment and understand how frustrating it must be. Our open-box items are not eligible for exchanges or returns, as clearly noted on the product page. However, brand new, unworn items with tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, and for Toasty Club Members, our holiday return window is extended until January 15th, 2026. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider giving ororo another try in the future.

“Ordered the jacket and was excited to try it out. The back part is not really heating up , wish it would get as warm as my vest. Love the color, outside material so soft.”

“This vest is the 3rd product I've bought from orroro. I have a coat and a jacket that already wore the zipper out. This vest is to replace the jacket. It is my favorite product yet! I love that the neck is heated and the pockets. I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“I have purchased three vests for my family. very happy. Waiting now for a refund on one vest as my wife purchased it without telling me. Ozoro is working on refund. (Do not need two) and I would highly recommend this company for quality and company support.”

“Only moderately happy with my fleece vest. Shipping and delivery was on time. Liked fit and quality of the garment. Heating levels are anemic and my vest loses power before my gold round ends. Probably would not purchase again for the price asked.”

“This sweater is so soft and warm! It's my new go-to sweater for this season. I'm on the taller side as a woman and purchased a medium, and that was perfect for an oversized GenZ look on me. Definitley size down if you want it more fitted.”

“I really like ororo's products, and customer service. My best purchase so far has been my heated vest. It was perfect for days on the ship during my crusie to Antartica, and has been great for chilly winter mornings driving with the top down here in Arizona. My only negative comment is that there items seem to run small. I have learned that the hard way after a few returns and exchanges.”
