“Unfortunately, this does not heat up like the other brand that I have. I bought a vest and a jacket. I bought open box so I'm unable to return it. It's just OK nothing too special about it.”

“Received my heated jacket liner, and had to return it due to a quality control issue. Still waiting for the replacement to be shipped. Haven’t received any communications since printing the return shipping label.”

“I haven't worn my hoodie in extremely cold weather yet, but I did wear it on a fishing trip nov. 1 off the jersey coast 40 degrees and windy but I was very warm it lasted about 41/2 hours on medium just as advertised even without the heater on the hoodie is warm”

“Love the vest. But the shoes are not true to size. They are way too small.”

“It fits well and is true to size, is well made, is made for cooler weather as a mid layer or baselayer or in chilly weather (40-60 degrees) . It does well as an outer layer in the 60's to to 80 degrees. The hood is typical with all brands and I wish it had some type of draw string to keep it tight. Overall I'm pleased. I would buy it.”

“I have been wearing Ororo before it was cool, I have all of the things, including the socks. It was time for a new vest, shipping was fast, colors are great. My only complaint is the latest vest I ordered was a European small which is smaller than the American small. Super snug.”

“I've been with Ororo since their very first heated vest, 10 years ago. It still works and is in very good condition. I've since bought at least one each of most everything they make. What a game changer for me as I'm outside all day, now I can handle the cold. Quality products and excellent customer service. Bonus, I received a surprise 10 year anniversary gift, a heated scarf, which I didn't already have! Thank you Ororo!”

“Jacket is very comfortable and provides ample warmth through the few heat coil patches. Whether it was the intent or not, I feel it is slightly oversized being a bit big in the body, especially bowing out some toward the back of the jacket around the hips, and the cuffs at the hands are long and very wide open. As stated, some of this may be due to accounting for layering underneath, but with a heated jacket my assumption is that it should be less necessary to wear multiple layers under the coat. So no complaints about the jacket, specifically, nor about its effectiveness, but want to call out the extra roominess in case that's a consideration for others when looking to puchase.”
