“Still waiting for the second part of my order. The vest arrived promptly and is very good. The battery storage bag is late and there is no update on its arrival. Was charged for it right away on 2/3 but as of 2/13 no idea where it is. The last update was 2/8.”

“Gave to to my daughter at college as her roommates don't believe in turning up the heat in their apartment. She was using a heated blanket but it was a pain to carry up to her room at bedtime and back downstairs to use during the day. She absolutely LOVES this jacket and wears it all the time. Now she's toasty warm and can move freely from apartment to classes staying warm. And leaving the blanket on her bed means she's not climbing into a cold bed every night. I had gotten one of the quilted orono jackets for my mom as she's always cold and she wears it constantly. This fleece one for my daughter is a little thinner material, which works better for her. Very happy with both purchases!”

“I received my heated vest as a Christmas gift, and although I liked the vest very much, the battery wouldn't charge. I called customer service and they promptly took care of the problem. Now that I have a battery that works, I absolutely love it! Ororo's customer service is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future.”

“Recently got the leather heated mittens. I don't have good circulation in my hands so they get cold very easily. These mittens keep my hands comfortable on very cold days. I wish the highest setting produced more heat to get me into the warm stage, rather than the comfortable stage. However overall, great quality and consistency.”

“I bought these mittens because they’re heated, but as of now I have not had to even turn the heat on because there is warm as the best mittens on the market. They also have adjustable heating that keeps my hands just right not overheating it on the one occasion that I had to use them. They are soft, goat skin, and very nice looking. I have no complaints at all.”

“This hand warmer works great! It's easy to get my hands in and out of and the inside of it is very plush. I've only had to use it for 1 hour at a time so after using it twice for 1 hour each the battery only went down by one dot. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to be able to keep their hands warm but can't wear gloves. I work inside of and unheated terminal and the job i do can't really be done with gloves on.”
