“Great product. It was a birthday gift for my daughter who likes to camp all year. (very cold weather, so I thought this might be a good camping addition). She absolutely loved her gift on her February 12 Birthday. Prior to giving her the gift I showed it to my elderly friend Nancy. She loved it so much she purchased one for herself, her husband and her daughter in law who lives in Maine. I will definitely recommend ororo to all my friends!”

“I bought a vest for my husband and love the concept. After several wearings the zipper broke. After much back and forth the vest was replaced. So the end result was positive.”

“The heated snow pants are well made and fit true. Only complaint is that they do not get all that hot. Can only feel the warmth minimumly.”

“Good vest from a quality perspective. However battery doesn’t last as described online regardless of conditions and temperatures outside or inside. Customer support sent me a replacement battery but that didn’t improve performance.”

“I love Ororo, but the wires that seem to connect to the power button, are obvious and run right over my left breast, which only makes it look like I have a crazy left nipple.”

“The battery life is bad. Took these to Vail and within 2 hours, the batteries were dead and without the heaters, the mittens are not warm. If you are looking for long lasting heated mittens for outdoor activities, I would recommend paying more.”

“Have purchased several outerwear pieces since picking up a vest at the Ski Show in Boston. My family has also purchased many pieces. We are all very pleased with the products. My most recent buy, the ski jacket is fantastic. Did not have to use the heat festure all day skiing but loved it when riding the lift in the cold and windy weather.”

“Still waiting for the second part of my order. The vest arrived promptly and is very good. The battery storage bag is late and there is no update on its arrival. Was charged for it right away on 2/3 but as of 2/13 no idea where it is. The last update was 2/8.”
