“Ordered a vest for a 150 dolllars it’s a heated vest and it didn’t even come with the batteries and charger very poor way of selling a heated vest”

“I couldn't love this jacket more. It fits great and is warm. We ride motorcycles quite a bit on chilly mornings, and it's perfect for that. I did have a little problem when I first tried it out. I used a 5v 20000 mAh battery, and it wouldn't work. So, my husband grabbed his 7v 25000mAh battery, and it worked just fine. I couldn't see anywhere in the instructions that a minimum battery needed to be used. That would be my only suggestion.”

“I love my heated fleece vest: I wear it when fishing, traveling or even just at home. The small size is appropriate: I appreciate that it has 3 settings for warmth.”

“Ordered revised quilted vest. It was a great price but I guess you get what you pay for. I've had these vests for years and they STR the best usually. The one I received was so thin and flimsy and hardly heats up at all. So not gonna order from the outlet again. I hope the others at reboot ice are not that flimsy and heat up great like all my other ones.”

“I bought my husband a heated vest a while back, and he loves it so much I just bought one for my mom. The size ended up being a bit too small, and the customer service was phenemonal and I was able to immediately exchange it for a new one. She loves it and now my dad is asking for one for the holidays. :)”

“Since it's summer and we've been have a heatwave I haven't been able to wear my new vest much. I used it one evening around the campfire and it warmed very nicely. I especially loved the pockets being heated”

“I feel for the price of the vest you should include the plug. I am in a wheelchair and find the battery storage pocket very poorly located. It would be easier for me, if the pocket was in one of the front panels”

“Purchased a heated vest. Website crashed while ordering, Went back in completed my order. Got shipped in timely manner,but it reset my order and was shipped a small when originally wanted 2xl. When wanted to exchange for correct size was advised was a clearance item unable to return or get refund. I reordered item again is pending delivery. I will see if correct when new order delivered.”

“I work in healthcare and I’m so glad I found Ororo heated garments , they keep me warm and relax my back while wearing them . I liked my vest so much I now have a winter coat and a jacket plus I bought my husband a jacket as well .”
