“I don’t like that you have to buy special battery packs. I have numerous at home but because of your connection on the vest I can’t use them.”

“I love my new Oro heated vest. I get cold very fast due to my autoimmune disease, so surely this will keep me warm this coming winter. Unfortunately, when I got my vest it was too tight so I had to return it due to a mis-sizing issue. Being it was a close out,I thought I was unable to return it. However, I was glad to work with Luke who helped me with my exchange process even though it was an open box item. He worked with me to get the exchange for the vest size I wanted. It was a pretty quick snd painless exchange process. Despite the extra shipping cost to exchange it, I am happy I did, and loving my new vest. Thanks Oro and Luke. Loving my new vest already. Dianne”

“My vest dosent really warm up very much. Customer service only provided me instructions that were already provided when I received the vest. The battery was fully charged and still not getting that warm on the highest settings. No other solution was offered except that I cannot return it”

“I like my heated vest. I bought it as opened package but it's in great condition so I would've thought it was brand new. I previously had a full heated jacket and the battery pack was in the back. This vest it's on the left side. I gave it 4 stars because it really bothers me that the battery pack literally sits right on my hip. I don't mind it being on the side because then it's not digging into your back when you're sitting, I just really wish it was higher up on the vest side. Like the middle of the left side would be perfect. You can still get to the battery pack easily but then it's not sitting right on the hip.”

“The website is pretty good, although not the easiest to navigate when looking for the outlet items. Overall good in every other regard and prompt customer service if you have an issue. I will say the return policy is very strict and not the best. I own several Ororo products now and they all preform well. The fit is iffy depending on the product, but pretty accurate. Quality is top notch. I’ve never had any complaints. I would say it’s pricey, but you’re going to get a quality product that does what it says. It’s up to you to decide if it’s worth it”
