“This coat was a total disappointment! The zipper Would not stay zipped, and the heated areas I could barely feel heat coming from them. And I’m just stuck with it!”

“Very well-made product, the person I gave it to loves it and will wear it a lot every winter. The instructions are clear, and when I needed to return it for a different size, the process was straightforward and pretty quick.”

“Jacket is light and comfortable. But the battery pack does not charge pass the first 2 bars and so it doesn’t last more than 30-45 minutes.”

“I purchased a vest from Ororo directly for my wife's birthday gift. The vest was a medium and it was a bit tight across the chest, so I wanted to exchange the product (which was only tried on once) for a large. Ororo policy was for a no returns. Dissapointing. So far, the product does work well. My advice is to make sure you purchase the correct item.”

“THIS WAS WAS MY SECOND TRY TO GET THE RIGHT BATTERY FOR MY VEST....FIRST DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER PLUG IN ATTACHMENT...THE SECOND ONE WORKED....IT CHARGE WORKS BUT IS’NT AS STRONG & LONG LASTING LIKE THE ORIGINAL BATTERY..... :(((((”

“Perfect to layer, stylish , and does not get too hot. I travel a lot for work (flight attendant) and the vest is easy to pack. I get a lot of attention when I wear the vest out and about. I am sure I have sent many new customers your way. I am a great spokesperson for your wonderful product.”

“Love my coat and customer service. I had a malfunction when the turn on button within the coat no longer worked. Ororo customer service agent gave me easy instructions on how to return the coat. They were quick to send me another coat at the cost of $10.00. I recommend this company!”

“My order was messed up. I ordered 2 scarf's and was only sent one! However, Ororo charged for 2. Upon calling, I got a person who spoke little English and did not thoroughly comprehend my issue. Once my order was located I had to jump through hoops to get my order resent!”

“The garment feels very high-quality, but I did notice when I’m outside on cold & windy days I can feel the cold air on a spot or two of each arm of the sweatshirt along the seams. This really limits when the sweatshirt. Disappointed”
