“This is the best best ever! I have it on constantly. The battery works for about four hours on medium heat, I have two batteries so just swap and charge as necessary. Game changer for someone who is always freezing”

“When my heated vest arrived it came without a battery pack or any charging leads. When I queried this I was told that when supplying Europe this is the norm and I could purchase a battery pack separately. However, the advert I had read when I purchased my item on line while on holiday in the USA clearly stated everything was included and made not mention of exclusions to Europe - my delivery address would give me away surely? In short, I returned the garment and a refund was given (less delivery charges) but to get to this point I had to endure a series of rather blunt and unhelpful emails from the "Customer Services Team". I was left with a very bad feeling in my mounth.”

“I love the vest-it keeps me warm without being weighted down with layers of clothing. I'm concerned about the quality. Within 2 days of owning/wearing it, the zipper pull on the battery pocket broke off- BROKE OFF-it could not be reattached. I ordered an additional battery that was supposed to be lighter and charge faster-I cannot detect any difference from the original battery. Even with my concerns, I cannot imagine not having this as part of my winter wardrobe-it does the job.”

“I love my vest and ended up getting another to wear to the barn.(I also have a pair of the heated gloves for the barn. Thank you). My only problem was that my battery died and wouldn't charge. It was one of the larger batteries from many years ago. I ordered a new one and it came in a few days. Problem solved. I recommend this vest to everyone! Thanks again!”

“battery pack does not last as long as expected. pockets do not warm enough to warm hands the neck warms well but not the body and pockets very disappointed that with the high cost of vest still need to add the high cost of battery and cord”

“The fleece vest is soft and warm on its own. Turn the heat ON and it's fabulous. I can't believe I resisted getting one for so long. I also have a pair of the heated gloves which I use for days when it's in the 20s or below for running and in the 40s or below for cycling. They are a game changer!”

“Love the heated vests. Walking in negative numbers it keeps me warm. I have a few suggestions to improve tho: Inside pockets and a 2 way zipper Hard to carry everything I need to walk trails with dogs and only two pockets. Looking at purchasing a jacket for those really cold Minnesota days.”
