“Happy with the fit and look, and with the warming capacity in the back of the vest. But the heating element in the pockets/lower vest front doesn't get warm enough, and I was really looking forward to not having cold hands be an issue any more. Even on the high setting, my fingers are chilly. :-(”

“The replacement battery works great. But i don't understand why the new battery isn't a full year warranty. If I would have purchased it out right it would have been a year warranty. It seems to me new battery whether it is a warranty replacement or new purchase should be covered. If the replacement battery only lasts 9 months like the last one I will probably not replace it again.”

“I had a difficult time comparing apparel, specifically vests... it would be nice if you had a comparison chart for those of us that are new to your line, along with a link to each vest. I was going back and forth between items trying to compare. Maybe there was something, but I couldnt find it. Other than that, online experience was easy.”

“I have not yet worn my heated vest as it still summer. I have had to speak to Customerservice several times via email. Customerservice provides quick and thorough response. The best is very nice. I purchased a small, and way 95 pounds. The quality is exceptional of the vest. I’m not sure if I should consider a smaller size.”

“I recently purchased a 5 zone hooded jacket that is just awesome. I didnt know if I was going to like how it fit, but it all turned out good. The zones all work as hoped and this will now be my go to jacket. Love your products. That's why I keep coming back. I now own a heated vest, light layering fleece jacket and now this canvas jacket.”

“I’m a vest person. This system really makes a vest cozy and comfortable all day long. Whether the battery is running or not, it’s a great comfort. Yes, there is a little magic in the comfort found when it’s ‘fired’ up. What a treat!”

“over a year ago i had my neighbor get a coat for me with her order.. I fell in love with it.. I am on blood thinner medicine and all the time cold. This perfect for me since I am with many senior activites and the air conditioners are always set to freeze us out.. sometimes I swear it is going ot snow in those buildings.. so when i seen another color and a spare I ordered it.. it uses the same battery and I can't wear two jackets at once it is perfect.. I have more people ask what is the light on my shoulder for.. I tell them and let them feel the warmth.... I need my own business cards so i can ge brownie points from strangers who order.. well it is an idea.. love ORORO”
