“I couldn’t find the battery charger from the online site and I sent an email requesting information about getting one that was compatible with my gloves. I was happily surprised to see a response with in 24 hours! The customer service agent had set up the product and an order so all I had to do was put in my payment information and the order was ready.”

“Have jus purchased 3 NEW mini batteries. Unlike the original batteries the new minis are not keping the power aany longer than thebatteries I AM/WAS ABOUT TO DISCARD . Could it be the vests are sno longer good? IHave the need to know because I own four womwn's vests dwhite, gray, blwck and navy. I am in the toasty club and see there are other brands on line. I would slike to stay with Ororo if possible. Thank you! Page Gowen”

“WOW....bestest investment for my personal warmth during the Winter.Easy to get powered up&nice look of Vest also. Their Customer Service works with you if stuff happen & they stay connected till it's resolved. Well worth the money for these Heated garments ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️”

“Fit was spot on! I sized up based on previous review advice and it fits beautifully! Easy to operate and the fabric is comfortable and soft! I would purchase from Ororo again!”

“Super sleek vest. My only criticism is the battery. A full 24 hour charge lasted 4 hours the next day. Another overnight charge, but battery lasted only about 2 hours. Wondering if it’s a bum battery?”

“Nice warm coat without the heat turned on but awesome with it turned on! I took my measurements and would need an XL. A friend had an XL that I tried on. It was to big so I ordered a large. It is snug but very comfortable. Great material, too.”

“I love my new Ororo heateds vest and was very pleased with how my order process went! Our kids had bought my husband & I heated jackets from Ororo for Christmas but I really wanted a vest as I felt it would work better for me. My husband loves his jacket and has worn it many times already for our grandkids soccer games! I ordered me a vest and was very happy with it and the price compared even to Amazon!!”

“THe heated vest was so awesome we decided to oreder the heated gloves. Gloves are awesome too But best of all is the customer service. I ordered the gloves and they were sent via USPS but we don't get service in the mtns of CO, only UPS or Fedex. SO the gloves never made it and were returned. One call to customer service and a new order of gloves were sent imediately via UPS. What a great company”
