“My vest is apparently on the UPS truck that just left my condos without delivering. Despite the tracking which said arrived today between 2 and 4 pm The vest has not been delivered”

“It lasts long, but it does not get hot. Bought a similar product on Amazon that was much cheaper, and much warmer. Not too satisfied with the warmth, but it is good quality.”

“I love my Ororo heated vest and wear it daily in Vermont. I used to buy hand warmers in bulk but using the rechargeable battery has saved me money, and given me added warmth with the multiple heating zones that the best provides.”

“My heated down vest was a gift and I love it especially the multiple settings. My only recommendation would be to move the battery pack pocket on the women’s vest ‘higher’ (more at waist level than hip level) as it really does take up space and make the hip area tighter while there is plenty of space at the waist. That said I already ordered one for my mom! But we did have the same ‘hip size’ issue with her in a medium and she’s small in the upper body.”

“Ororo as a product is very well made. The sizes run a little small though. My only complaint about the product. I also question why I can't use any rebates, discount codes, etc on products that are marked down. What is the point of them. If your product is top notch, and I have earned discounts, let me use my discounts.”

“I have a vest and gloves from Ororo. I use them in extreme ski conditions and they are a game changer for me. One of my friends just bought a vest and loves it as well. I bought another for a Christmas gift. Orders always arrive quickly too! I wouldn't recommend product to others if I was not a fan myself!”

“Purchased as a Christmas gift. Upon receiving I inspected and immediately noticed the temp setting switch on the front below the shoulder is sewn in very crooked. Seems as though is product is a slight irregular. Not pleased, especially as a gift. JD”
