“I ordered a pair of slippers and now believe they have been lost during delivery. I was very disappointed to see that the same pair of slippers is now selling for $10.00 less than what I paid for them one week ago. So far, I'm very disappointed.”

“This is the second Ororo heated vested that I have purchased. As an equestrian, I am outdoors much of the winter months and w/ the vest, I no longer need to wear bulky coats to keep me warm. I highly recommend the women's Ororo vest.”

“Ororo website has no peer. It is outstanding! The website is well organized and for customers it is easy to find products. Most amazing was when I left a voicemail, I got a call back, too! Just charged up the vest, but we live in Carlsbad, CA, where our temperature today is in the low sixties but the test will be in January when I'm skiing in 20 degree weather.”

“I ordered a small in this coat but a medium was delivered. It was an open box order but the description said every open box order is inspected and this obviously was not and now I can’t return it. The size runs very big. I love ororo products but I am very unsatisfied with this purchase since I can’t exchange itt. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I know there was a possibility of the wrong size being delivered.”

“Open box items look like they are brand new. Half off standard pricing. If the hold up, I'm going to be ecstatic! They do run small so go up in size or try on in a store before ordering online.”
