Haven't received the items yet. With how much products cost you would think it would be shipped better. The tracking hasn't worked, keeps telling me the label has been made, and it has been over a week. I was looking so forward to getting my items I purchased, but now I am frustrated. Spending $379 and poor shipping has me thinking twice about ordering again. Hopefully when I finally receive the items I will love them. If not, they will be going back.

While the written refund policy dictates items be unworn and in new condition I purchased an open package item that was worn and defective. It was missing tags, smelled like cologne, had trash in the pockets, and the zipper was broken. I feel misled as to what open package items were.

Site was easy to navigate and place order! My daughter has a vest, my husband a vest and now my son in law has the hoodie. Wisconsin and Colorado are the perfect temp for these.

Web site was very easy to use. My order should arrive tomorrow Friday. Hoping everything works. This is my second vest ordered from Ororo..will update once the vest arrives. Can not answer all questions as I said product has not arrt.

Easy transaction, accurate website product description. Arrived very quickly, easy to follow safety and setup instructions. Vest is high quality, on Low provides just enough heat to break the chill but not be uncomfortably warm. In chemo right now so this is really helplful.

My son Charles purchased me a heated vest for Christmas last year. I used it once and the battery wouldn’t charge. I just purchased a new one this week. Hope this one recharges. Ed Essig (631) 742-0863
