“Great Christmas present from my daughter, liked it so much I bought one for my brother-in-law. He is a retired Electrical engineer and he loves it also. He was impressed with the design and efficiency. Would rate it as a 10/10”

“Disappointed in gloves. I bought the liners to have a thin pair to wear when it’s so cold and I need to take dog out for 10-15 min. Unfortunately they dont keep my hands warm as soon as I step outside. I need to wear shells, (which I also bought) but then they are way too bulky to be able to maneuver my fingers like I need to. I wish they had thin liners that are WINDproof so they are more practical. Otherwise Im sure they are a great brand.”

“I have not received the products I ordered. They were to be delivered by DHL, and for no apparent reason, DHL won’t deliver my order. I shall be filing a dispute of charges with my credit card company.”

“The Ororo vest just purchased has been working great. I am from MN & have been using on walks & outdoor activities in subzero below conditions. I am anxious to wear my new Ororo vest fir more outdoor activities. I also want to say your customer service support was awesome and thank Vinnie for his communication & friendly & professional help during my recent exchange for a larger vest. I recieved a vest for a gift & wasn't right size. Contacted Ororo customer service & Vinnie sent me a return label to ship vest back for larger size. All went smoothly & no cost for exchange and great communication along the way! Thanks all Kent”
