“I love my heated nylon vest! It's lightweight and can be dressed up or down. The battery life is good, and I'm glad I ordered two batteries so that one is always fully charged and ready to go. I thought maybe my arms would get cold, but the vest is so warm that it keeps ALL of me warm. Don't forget to order a battery charger--it's not included with the battery.”

“Purchased the heated vest for my husband which works as a winter coat in Florida. Battery stays charged for about 3 hours. He loves it and heat helps his stiffness due to Parkinson’s.”

“The heated arms are lackluster at best. The Heated back and neck work well but the Heated pockets are a god send. Would recommend less heating elements in the back and redirecting tot he arms or in the case of other jackets to the chest. Over all (as Doug Marciada would say) your jacket is warm”

“Wonderful products, both my husband and I have the heated vests! We wore them to the last Buffalo BIlls game and they were a huge part of keeping us toasty warm! He does work from home and spends time at his desk, the vest - set on low - helps him stay comfortable during these coldest days. I highly recommend!”

“I ordered extra large gloves and the gloves I got are very tight. I believe they are like a large. I am not going to return them because they’re close enough, but I expected them to be a lot looser given that they are extra large as per your sizing chart.”

“return process is ridiculous. they need to review the return before sending you a return label. I do not see why they cannot process it without the emails asking why and if i am sure i want to return. :(”
