“I haven't seen the product yet and I have been told it is a great product. My major issue is there are way way too many emails being sent to me. I just ordered some vests on Wednesday and I have received over a dozen emails. Just sending me a confirmation and then a shipment one is more than enough. I get more than enough emails so I don't need so many reminders.”

“Got a fleece vest for both me and my wife. Very much like both but especially one for my wife who's always cold. Vests are easy to adjust and like the initial boost mode to get them warm. Using for walking the dog and going to dog competition events (agility and barn hunt), though my wife may well also use around the house during the winter. And a big shout out for their excellent customer support. One vest was just missing the USB charging cable and they were prompt is sending a new cable and charger, after first asking me if there was anything else missing, which was taking that extra step in service.”

“Quality looks fine. To warm to use it. I'm glad that I ordered it a size larger than I normally wear. Normally a 2x ordered a 3x and I would not want it any smaller.”

“I love Ororo products!! I just purchased 2 vests and I have had a fleece jacket for 2 years. There was an issue with my address at check out and customer support promptly fixed the problem and shipped to the proper address.”

“Absolutely love the vests. Can't live without them. Was shocked to find out after ordering that my vest was shipping directly from China -- so who knows when it will be here because there were no expectations set ahead of time. Makes me wonder if I should have ordered from one of their other retail partners so I'd get it in a timely fashion.”
