“Perfect for those cold morning dog walks”

“I simply cannot live without my Ororo heated vests! I am cold ALL the time - even much of the summer in air conditioned living arrangements. What started out as a 'cool' gift from a sympathetic daughter has turned into a collection of Ororo heated vests. I have multiple batteries I keep fully charged at all times. The fact that your outlet store had them on a good sale without a battery was a big plus so I could add to my collection. My only wish is that they came collarless as the collar gets tucked in due to my stature.”

“It's a nice vest, but sizes are a little smaller then advertised, I ordered a 3XL and it was a little snug on me. Was a bit concerned it didn't heat in the pockets, and the back only up towards the shoulder's.The heat would have been better around the kidney area, if you keep the kidneys warm you'll stay warm. This is an ok vest, but still looking for a better heated vest and also a larger battery pack. JERRY.”

“cant not return or exchange if you buy an open box the quality is okay shipping is good”

“We really enjoy your heated apparel. I must share that I am disappointed in your outlet warranties on out of box apparel. 6 month warranty on the normal 3 year warranty is disappointing. If you have confidence in the existing quality of the product, the warranty should reflect that. If you are going to charge almost half of the full price, the warranty should be at least half of the full price warrant, not 1/5. thank you for hearing my concern.”

“I recently purchesed the golf vest in size large. Sorry to say it is too large as I wanted to use it more as a base layer. Did not return as tags had been removed. Did enter a second order for a Medium Vest in hopes it meets my needs. Overall, quite happy and look forward to using the vest this winter.”

“I was not happy with the shopping experience. Remember I passed the order button and paid for the product. I noticed that I had ordered the wrong size. I wanted an extra large but ordered an extra small. You never responded or corrected my order as requested. Also no phone number to call.”

“I like the quality of material and feel. I bought large and wear size 10 and am 5ft 7. I like the little extr room it gives me. I tried 3 other coats they were all snug fit at size large and were either heavy or cheaply made. Am anxious to try coat. Also wanted coated to fall at lower hip level for warmth”

“I am not sure about these gloves. They do heat and I think they would keep my hands warm. They are rather bulky and the pocket for the battery is not large enough to hold the battery with the wires and zip it closed. I will try them for a a bit but, I think I will return them. I would never be able to use the outer gloves. They are so bulky/thick that I cannot bend my fingers. Don't know about them. I have an Ororo heated vest which I love.”

“The socks are a bit overpriced ($100+) in my opinion, but ive ordred the vest before and it was outstanding in workmanship and functionaliity. I have no doubt the new upgraded Tahoe socks 4.0 will perform as well. Kelsy, who I communicated with throught the purchasse, was outsatnding as well and represented the company as a true diplomat. Overall the products are high quality.”
