“Right now I have to rate my experience as 1 star, because even though ororo received my return item in perfect condition which has been acknowledged, ororo has not shipped out my replacement item yet, and it has been almost 2 weeks. Will revise this review if/when I get my replacement vest.”

“Product is good, but was disappointed when the wrong product was shipped to me (I received a woman's vest instead of the men's vest I ordered) and had to go through the hassle of exchanging it.”

“This is my 2nd pair of gloves. The new battery lasts so much better than the original design. It is a bit difficult to wedge the battery into the glove pocket, however it is well worth it!!!!!”

“The first jacket I ordered was too small. This was alos the case for a friend who odered a jacket, so I believe the sizing runs small. The return for an exchange was easy. I was emailed a return shipping label, and dropped off the package. I was able to track the return shipping and Ororno notified me when they recieved the returned item. The larger sized jacket was shipped out quickly. The new jacket fits well, but I haven't used it yet because there has been an unusual streak of very warm weather in the 30's/40's and I don't need a heated jacket for those temperatures. But colder weather is on the way!!!”

“I live in the mountains of Colorado and on those super cold days the heated vest and gloves are a must. I can’t imagine life without them. I even use the vest while I’m doing my warmups before my workout. Just gives that extra warmth and heat I need to get my body ready to move. Best purchase ever.”

“the website has a lot of information and products. Decent descriptions and info. Some of the product descriptions, though, have not given adequate information. Sometimes it is a little difficult to find what Im looking for, but a decent website. Frustrating sometimes, as when product offerings change price when they are put into the cart. a few calls to customer service have been required to try and work these issues out. Though customer service can't always figure it out, the have been helpful and sincere in their efforts”

“Purchased for a friend. She is always cold and thought this would be nice for her to have on hand whenever needed. She was very pleased and I don't think she took it off for hours, even inside her home. Size fit her perfectly and I loved the fabric and cut for her.”

“I like the products, however I'm not sure on the Queen hard warmer. I bought it for barn work when it's sub 20, but my hands do not fit in it with medium weight gloves. I have not tried it with riding gloves yet, and am considering returning it. The quality is fine, but I need to be able to put my hands in it with some level of gloves on, and was worried that the other siz3 would be too bulky for working in the barn.”
