“Battery arrived in a timely manner, but it will not charge. This is my second dud battery. SO FRUSTRATING. Tried several cords and plugs to rule out those as the problem. I've sent an email and am waiting for a reply because I need this charged and ready to go in 5 days.”

“I love my new Ororo heated vest. It is eactly what I needed to keep me warm in my house on cold snowy Colorado days without raising the thermostat. I have wanted one for a long time and finally took the plunge. So very glad I did.”
