“ORORO produces highly effective products. My vest warms up my life to a new level of cold weather comfort. Gone are the chills and shivers. Their customer relations team is tops. I had an issue and ORORO resolved it quickly and completely. It is a good company with great products.”

“I'm going to Yellowstone in winter to do some photography. I needed the warming gloves as temps can get to -40! The flip up mittens will be perfect for when I need to work my camera! I also previously bought a vest for winter agility competitions with my dogs and my trip to Alaska.”

“Excellent experience. Website easy to use. Info about gloves I bought helpful and easy to understand. Product arrived quickly, fits and is quality. I also have a vest, a jacket which I love. Last year I bought a pair of gloves which I like but for some reason dont keep up with the cold.”

“Loved the fit of the vest, but for the price, the battery (brand new) only lasted 3.5 hours on high. Not nearly long enough for a football game. You’d think for the steep cost, it would last a lot longer”

“Asked me to sign up for emails and I would receive $50 off. I signed up and then the $50 discount would not work. Ordered the vest anyway but will definitely send back if not top quality. Super disappointed in the website. Seems as his is just something to bait you into signing up and never intended to be used”

“I ordered these ororo heated gloves due to the good reviews. I needed them for a trip to Alaska because I have sever Raynoids. Two days after receiving them, I charged the batteries and tested them. I was shocked that on high the palm of the hands only got slightly warm and the fingers did not warm up at all. Due to it being a weekend, I could not get ahold of customer service on the phone and I was leaving for my trip early Monday morning. Therefore, I emailed the company my concern, but never heard back. I am back from my trip over 3 weeks later. I know my concern was received by the company, because I received a confirmation email. I live on medical disabily. I needed these heated gloves to work to protect my fingers. Being disabled I don't have money to spare on faulty product. Buyer beware. If the company works with me, I will update this review”
