“I bought the vest and battery together. The vest worked great but the I tried to charge the battery from it took around 8 hours. However ororo customer service was really workable and sent me a new one and it has been working great for me.”

“My fingers did not get cold during the last two 15 degree F. snow removal from my driveway & sidewalks. However, the mitten cuffs were too small to fit over my coat cuffs so my hands could not get all the way into the mittens. But they did not get cold. Also, the connections could be ramped up in quality. But they worked. The main thing is that my fingers did not freeze during snow removal and that was what I was hoping for.”

“We are very pleased with my wife's Ororo heated vest because it is a well tailored garment, warm and looks great. And...a loud shout out with kudos to their customer service department for their prompt attention and follow through with my questions and concerns. They are user friendly, good listeners and stand behind their product...just fantastic service!. This was the best Christmas gift of 2024 and our entire family will be customers going forward.”

“The heated gloves do not produce sufficient heat to keep fingers warm. After they heated I kept the heat control to high . The outside temperature was 20 degrees , I was running my tractor snow blowing. Batteries fully charged. I returned the first pair, after several email exchanges a second pair was exchanged . I did not want to be disappointed hoping the first pair was defective but I was. I had to reason with customer support that I was still in the warranty period after sending proof of purchase from their site . The company did come through .”

“After using the size chart a ordered a medium, but they were too small. I exchanged them for a large. The battery has to be put in the pocket plug first. Battery life is good. I was disappointed that the fingers didn't get warm, even on high wearing the outer glove. I was taking photographs with a camera, so I had to take the outer glove off a lot. The right hand outter glove is extreamly hard to get on over the inner glove. The touch compatibility is bad. I tried both hands, and different pressures, but they did not work most of the time, the reason for 3 stars. I have a vest too, which is great. In the house with the vest turned off, it feels like it is on, so I will put it on if I'm a littel cold. I think the prices are good and would buy them again.”
